Living my big comfy couch life
Three times in my life I’ve had really close friendships with people who are struggling a lot with mental illnesses and extreme trauma. I’ve been friends with a lot of people who struggle with those things, and I feel like I can be kind, supportive, and empathetic while also balancing my own mental health. But it’s different when it’s someone I’m very very close to. I love them so much that they’ve become a part of me, and that feels great because it’s a very open beautiful channel of energy and love that flows there. However when they are going through bad mental health times, I start to struggle a lot too. I feel flooded with negativity and there’s not really a way for me to close it off to
