important announcement!!!!

laughs sorry for changing up on you guys so much lately

loststategy used to be a sideblog!!!! and it made life really hard!!!!! so now ive made a new account!!!!!

it's still under loststrategy, and this one is now loststrategy-old. and hey, if you wanna keep up with my posts and stuff, go follow that one!!!!!

laughs its still under construction but should be up and running within the hour!!!! so go nuts!!!!!!

"I feel gross because of the sweat; I’d need a shower first…" he replied, also remembering there is still a bit of his release on his stomach, and it would be too much of a bother to clean up. Now that Armin was curious as for what the other had to say, he really didn’t want to waste any more time; "he" was opening up to him about something that was probably very personal.

As much as he sounded like a child right now, Armin was eager to know what was it that had caused his other self and that Eren person to break up.

"W-We don't have to. That's okay." He attempted a reassuring smile, but his lips quivered. When Armin spoke again, his voice was quiet, timid. He cast his gaze to the side, embarrassed. "Do you want me to tell you, or should I just... show you?

7. My muse can’t reach the top of the tree and needs your muse’s help to decorate the tree.

"Risa," Armin whined, wiggling his fingers and standing on tiptoe in an attempt to get a bright red ornament as high as possible, yet to no avail. "Come help me, please?"

When he’d complained to Levi at the lack of festivity at the Survey Corps HQ, he’d been put to the task of remedying the situation. Alone.

"I can’t even reach three-fourths of the way up. And you’re, like, a titan, practically. Help me, pretty please?"

Armin reached up and carefully pulled something red, white, and fluffy onto Risa’s head, grinning. He did the same with himself and then grinned widely. “Okay, open!”

Opening her eyes, Risa felt the fluffy thing on the top of her head. A bright white pompom at the end of the hat dangled in her face. Her eyes narrowed dangerously at the other blond. “You gotta be fucking kidding me, Arlert.”

Armin giggled, face bright with excitement and amusement, the happiest he'd probably been around Risa in a while. Or anyone, really. "It's cute, Risa! Look!" He pulled her over to a nearby window, displaying her reflection.

Comforting people wasn't Armin's forte, even more so when someone was crying. It seemed his other self didn't want too much pshysical closure either, so hugging so the other would know he wasn't alone didn't seem like a very good idea.

"Do you wanna talk about what he did...?" The teen asked, hoping the other would open up a bit. There's no way he can help without knowing what's happening, after all.

Armin shrugged halfheartedly, tears still flowing. "Yeah, I-I don't mind." He sniffled and tried to compose himself, wiping the tears away and attempting to keep the rest at bay, although it would certainly start up again as soon as he started. "Do you want to, maybe... get dressed first?"

Not being able to believe in what the other had just said, Armin's eyes were wide, confusion being very obvious on his features. How the other blond and Eren were "no more"? A fight? It seemed impossible, considering how the other talked so much about the one he loved being a great person.

Softening his expression, the older teen scooped closer once again and put a hand on the other's face, trying to wipe away the tears. "I don't know what happened nor I will ask about it. I can't say everything will be okay, either," Armin smiled reassuringly, "I guess I can only be a support for now, though."

Thinking back of their actions, he thought if the fact they had sex could be mostly a "escape" for the other. Of course, Armin's reasons for agreeing with it were mostly for pleasure, and it still saddened him to think his other self might have done so he could forget the pain of the break up. It could be him just over thinking, or so the blond concluded, threrefore, he would not mention about it. At least, not for now.

Another shake of his head. "He w- he wasn't wh-who I thought he w-was, Armin. And even when I... when I told you all of those wonderful things about him..." He clapped his hands over his mouth, trying to contain himself. "I can n-never forgive what he did to me. What he... m-made me into. H-He..." His hands fell from his mouth, teeth returning to his bottom lip.

"What the—" Risa asked. Her neck gave an audible "pop" as she turned her head to watch him sprint off. Rubbing the sore spot, Risa continued to hang the ornaments on the tree as she waited for Armin to return.

Armin came back a moment later, holding something behind his back. "I'm back!" The grin was still there, and he approached Risa cautiously. "Okay, close your eyes. I need you to hold really still." He giggled, still smiling up at her.

With a giggle and a sigh, Risa made her way over to Armin. She took the ornament from him and also standing on tiptoe placed it among the higher branches. 

"Yo, hand me that box and get them up," Risa said pointing to the box at Armin’s feet. "We may have to get Bertholdt though, he’s got about another six inches on me."

Armin smiled softly, gently picking up the box of glass ornaments. "Thanks, Risa." The way he spoke was a little too careful, almost as if he was trying to keep himself together. He was.

The last few weeks had been incredibly difficult, but a nice break to just have fun and decorate with one of his best friends sounded wonderful.

Suddenly, he broke out in a grin. "Hey, I'll be right back. Keep decorating!" He turned his back on the other blond, running off in search of something.

"W-What are you…?" Armin stuttered, worry easily seen on his features. What was it that made the other so sad? Perhaps something he had said? Looking down, the blond brings a hand to his mouth and starts biting on his nails - an old habit that always came back whenever the teen felt himself being in a stressful situation.

Looking up but still avoiding eye contact, “Um… I’m sorry if I’ve said anything that…?” Armin trailed off, not sure himself of what to say to the other.

Armin shook his head again. "Not your fault. It's, well..." Tears flooded his eyes at what he was about to say, almost spilling over. "Eren and I... w-we're not..." He couldn't bare saying it. "We... We're not... not anymore." His teeth pulled at his lip again, tears finally spilling over onto his cheeks, falling somewhat awkwardly as he was still on the floor, laying on his side.

Sighing, “I’m just playing around. I guess my sense of humor really is dry; I’m sorry,” Armin apologized, scooping closer to the other and leaning down just a bit so his head would be buried on the other’s chest. “I know you love this Eren person, and him only, all that romantic bullshit,” the blond chuckled to himself.

Tears formed in Armin's eyes as he shook his head, softly pushing the other Armin away and back up to eye level,although he didn't look at him. "No, that's... That's not what I m-meant, Armin." Finally, he raised his eyes to meet the other's, emotional pain showing through easily.

The way the other seemed to talk about that Levi person seemed almost like the way a person talked about their crush; at least, for Armin. Though the younger male already had someone, the taller one couldn’t help but feel like his feelings might be a bit more than friendly respect and care towards Levi. Or maybe the teen was mixing things up; sometimes, he tends to do that when it comes to certain topics.

Chuckling, “The way you talk about this person, it’s almost as if you were in love with him, too,” the blond teased, knowing very well about his other self’s feelings for Eren, but he couldn’t help but want to joke around a bit.

Armin bit his lip harshly, looking down. He was stiff, uncomfortable. "Yeah, um..." He pulled on a bit of peeling skin with this teeth, ripping it and not noticing as a tiny bit of blood formed. "About, uh, Eren..." His voice was tiny and wavering.

"I don’t think you ever told me about your past…” the teen said, now a bit curious to know about the other’s past, in which he even needed help to deal with. Considering the type of world he lived in, it wouldn’t be a surprise if it was something tragic. “Though, there’s really no need to talk about it,” he added, trying to get the other’s mind off that subject.

"Whenever I’m feeling sad though, to try to deal with it, I usually pet my cat or try to write uplifting poems. It works, sometimes," Armin commented, trying to start a new subject.

Armin nodded, eyes a bit distant as his mind seemed to be focused on something far away from him. "Yeah," he began softly, "Now that I have Levi with me, I have to worry about that less. Without fail, he's always... there for me. Whatever I need, he'll go to really great lengths to make sure I get it. He wants me to be happy."

A tiny, wistful smile graced not only his lips, but his whole face. Finally, he refocused on the other Armin's face. "I... really care about him.:
