ღ | “Okay fruits.” She said thinking about it, “I know this place that makes you fruit salad. Want one? They’re really good.” She grinned as she thought about it. It was his birthday she would give him anything to him on it.

“That would be nice.” The Vessalius perked up a little, showing it with a warm smile as he walked on behind her hand in hand. “Th—” Jack paused, inhaling in before speaking again.

“Thank you.”

ღ | “Your welcome.” She responded back as they walked. This was really kinda nice, he was happy on his birthday. Which was better then she ever was. At least he was smiling - that made her smile.

When they finally got there she opened the door and they got seated soon enough.

It was nice to be inside; he was always kicked out of places like this, they had some sort of fear that filthy street rats like himself would steal from them or something. Taking a glance around, Jack admired the nice atmosphere the place gave off, even though he had no idea how it worked.

"I've never done this before, you'll have to explain..."

“You too…” A small sigh escaped the boys lips, “I really enjoy fruits such as apples and oranges,” it may have been a strange request but Jack found them particularly refreshing!

“Eh, thank you.” Jack didn’t see her until she appeared in front of him just minutes ago, carefully he accepted the hand that was reaching out to him, “I would really love to, you know.”
