“Dancing,” the full piece. Three generations of elven women dancing away their cares, unburdened by dark lords and their wars in a brief moment of peace as they spin.

The last of the pieces I did for our fundraiser. Like the others, it’ll be in my ko-fi shop when it opens, with a percentage of the sale going towards Medical Aid for Palestinians in perpetuity. POV : You’re visiting Tirion’s palace with lady Celebrìan and there is a portrait of lady Galadriel as a very serious baby on the wall.

I thought about making her albinos like how I imagine her mother but ended up making her like her dad instead. Also the dress print is this cute ivy art nouveau border by Maurice Pillard Verneuil.

Arwen is a fave so I was definitely planning to do her! :D

Rivendel to me is Gothic with big G and certainly High Middle Ages, so Arwen's dress is mostly just an interpretation of a bliaut. Her hair and jewelry are mostly though Minoan and 15th century Italy inspired, mostly because I those hair and jewelry are sort of similar in aesthetic and that aesthetic is very ethereal to me. And they use a lot of jewels, which is imo fitting for Noldors.

I loved your Éowyn and Faramir art so much, and I know you've done a lot of them already; however, if it interests you, I'd love to see your take on what Éowyn would wear in the 4th age, perhaps while tending to the gardens or exploring the woods of Ithilien

This is a great opportunity to put together my design for Gondorian women's dress, since Ithilien is Gondor's city she would probably mostly dress in a Gondorian dress.

I decided to sketch her in her garden since I think that's such a lovely idea. And this is what I imagine would be more of a casual dress for a noble lady.

lebanese inspired arwen with a gambaz dress, silver tantour, and a veil. the evenstar (not to scale obviously) is shaped like an iris sofarana, a flower endemic to lebanon.
