Chapter 1: The Book Signing.

Dear Diary,

Today was my book signing. Despite being a self-made author who has not one, but two, published books, I've never felt at ease around my "fans". But, Celine told me that if I didn't get it done then I'd find myself on the back shelf with no prospects of returning. So, I did what I do best... I put on my mask. Then *he* came in. How can someone make you feel so intimidated yet so intrigued at the same time? I'll never forget those eyes, boring into my face like he was a predator and I... I was the prey.

Adeline 'Addie' Sailor. Socially Awkward. Romantic. Creative.

Born and raised in Copperdale, aspiring author, Addie, couldn't wait to start a new life in Del Sol Valley. A few weeks in and she has already embraced city life: socialising with the 'elite', having one too many 'no strings' and sharing all of this with her best friend, Nora. Despite surrounding herself with people, Addie loves nothing more than going back to her apartment and losing herself in her pen and paper.
