Loveshot fixed up their hat and then later on their jacket, stretching lazily for a moment while looking around the bunker. They sighed boredly for a moment before immediately brightening up at seeing someone special to them.
Walking towards them before eventually darting over, spinning the man around and hugging the sheriff tightly while smiling in a smug and excited way, keeping his head near their chest; They always hugged the other like this.
"Hey Revs! How are you? Good morning!"

-> The sheriff, who had JUST came in from going on a little patrol around the bunker, let out a startled noise as he's grabbed, spun around and hugged tightly against the other sheriff's chest. "L-Loves-!" -> His voice came out high, a squeak of surprise as he hugs the other back.
Loves laughed at the reaction, taking off Revs hat to ruffle his hair before putting it back, keeping at least one arm around him while still hugging the sheriff.
"Hey there golden boy~! How is my favorite person in the whole world doing, hm? Hopefully you've been doing okay!"
He tilts his head a little, raising an eyebrow while smiling before tilting his own hat up a bit to his face shows more properly.
"I'm fine, I'm fine! Just got off my daily patrol! Everythin' seems to be goin' good 'round the bunker and the outer area."
"Well... Taunt and Hotdog were causin' some noise but when aren't those two causin' some trouble, y'know?"
-> He shifts a little, putting his own arm around the other sheriff.
"Hm, that's good. Do keep in mind I'm always open to helping you out with whatever you need, wouldn't want you overworking yourself.."
"Oh tell me about it.. Those two are always causing trouble, they're a wild folk, I'll tell you. Say.. Are you free? I was looking forward to hang out with you."
He swiftly lowers his arms to hold the other by his waist, pulling him closer with a smile, lowering his voice into an almost purring tone while twirling a strand of the sheriff's hair with his finger.
"We have our own duties, Loves!" -> He chimed in and looked up a little at the other sheriff, flashing him that award winning smile. A type of smile that could make anyone fall in love with him! "And yeah, I'm free. I always get alla my paperwork and stuff done before I got out on patrols. Gotta make sure the brain's fresh so I can watch out for danger!"
"Well yes but I have multiple. I do have a medical degree after all.. I'm not just a sheriff."
Loves was practically screeching and dying inside at having his subtle flirty advances obliviously ignored by the other, but he soon smiled back at him, this time being a more softer smile.
"Perfect! And you're a lot better than me.. Usually I barely do any paperwork, that is if I even bother doing them at all, which I usually don't."
"S'why I do your paperwork as well." -> He added, that cute smile never leaving his face as he spoke. Oh, the sheriff's sweet face match with those little freckles and slight tooth gap... "I take a while to do paperwork because I'm pickin' up the slack you leave behind, Loves. Some of this stuff has gotta get done!"

Ah, there it is, the very specific types of nicknames only Revs receives from Loves. Anyone they just give some other type of nickname, and even then the tone is different, since they speak in a friendly manner while with Revs they speak.. different. In a sense.
"Gods your smile is so cute. And hm.. I guess I can try and do some of my paperwork just for you then, that way you don't gotta do too much paperwork and we get more time to hangout."
"A lotta people say my smile's cute! I dunno why it is tho... I think it's just an average ol' smile." -> He's too humble, not really being able to take a compliment without humbling himself. Taunt liked to joke that the sheriff didn't want to "have an inflated ego" or something like that. "And yeah, it would be nice if ya did some of your own paperwork! Sometimes I gotta stand there for a moment and figure out some of those medical papers of yours..."
"I think it's cute, even if you don't think so. To me your smile is simply adorable, it's like the damn sun. Bright and warm."
They want to take him by the shoulders and aggressively shake him everytime the other doesn't understand his advances. They're this close to being even more flirty than normal.
"Guess I'll have to do the medical one in specific then, uh? So you don't get a headache trying to figure out complicated stuff.. even I struggle at times... Hardcore stuff."
"I'm impressed with your medical knowledge, Loves!" -> His shoulders relax slightly. Thank the gods that Loves could handle the medical stuff. Sure, he knew some medical stuff himself, but nowhere NEAR as much as Loves did. "Whattya wanna do anyways? We've basically got the rest of the day to ourselves!" "Unless, y'know, somebody up and needs us."
"Meh, it isn't that big of a deal if I'm being honest.. Cares is better than me at that stuff. They're a smart one. I'm.. average at best?"
They shrug, accepting the compliment but also denying it at the same time, they do genuinely believe Cares is a lot better at the medical stuff than them. That's how they always been when they're praised for their medical knowledge.
"Hm.. Well anything works! Spending time with you is already perfect for me... So if you have any suggestions, I'm open to them."
"That would be unfornate.. Guess I gotta hide you so no one comes looking for you, hm~?"
"I mean... I know I already did a lot o'walkin' but I haven't seen you outside all day, Loves! Maybe it'll be nice to take a walk around the area together!" -> He crosses his arms over his chest and beams. If he had a tail it would be wagging like crazy right now. Revs has always been the active type. "Well I can't really hide away now, Loves! What if someone needs me?" -> Oh he doesn't fucking get it at all.
"It would be nice.. I guess I wouldn't mind going out. And I'm usually helping others around here, either that or I'm napping most of the time."
They're not exactly someone who likes going outside unless absolutely needed to, which doesn't usually happens unless they need to patrol or look for supplies.
"..Right, right. That does make sense... I was simply joking!"
No. No they were not. They desperately want to hit their head against the wall at seeing him not understand their flirting, again.
-> The sheriff took notice of the other's sudden switch but decided not to say anything, grabbing the other's hand and pulling them towards the bunker's exit. "Sleep's very good, Loves! But ya also gotta keep that body active, y'know? Can't be one of the world's greatest sheriffs without takin' care of yourself!" -> He chimed, basically beaming with pride as he spoke. Revolver was a hardworking man, sometimes forgetting to take a break himself since he does so much to make sure Loves and the rest are okay. "I feel like I'm tootin' my own horn here since I sometimes forget to care for m'self, but we all make mistakes, yeah?"
Loves slightly smiled, this time more softly and kind hearted and immediately holding back his hand, enjoying the contact. Gods he's so stupidly in love and every time they interact, he keeps falling more and more.
"Hrn.. I guess? I'm mostly lazy, preferring to stay put in my office and such. Unless I need to go on supplies run and patrol. But I'll go out more often.. Also you're a lot greater than me, babe."
They hum, tilting their head and walking alongside him, looking down at him while speaking; Voice dropping in a quiet low tone, almost purring like as they puff up their chest little. Gods above.. PLEASE get this flirting. They're so close to freaking out.
"Well, I could always take care of you. Remove some weight from your shoulders.. Help you relax... In multiple ways, if you get what I mean that is~"
-> He watched the other and felt his cheeks heat up slightly. He didn't really understand whatever deeper implications his sheriff partner was talking about, but part of him liked the idea of being taken care of. "Well- I mean- I... I don't think I'd mind bein' taken care of a little... I uh- I probably do a lot of work, don't I?" -> He briefly looked down at the other's chest, feeling his face heat more as he looked away, waving his hand slightly. "M-Maybe we uh... Could take a walk together then relax?"
Loves simply smiled even more, one of their fangs slightly peeking out from the smile as they cheer in secret at seeing him blush. Humming softly after a few moments.
"You do. Which is why I'll help you relax a little, you deserve it after all. I don't want you to overwork yourself into exhaustion.."
He dragged his hand on Revs arm, caressing it gently while speaking, looking into his eyes at the ‘I'll take very good care of you’ part, noticing where the other looked at and holding back a laugh as he played the clueless role at the end. What a damn tease this man is.
"Sounds good.. I'll take very good take care of you, Revs, promise~ Also.. Whatchu looking at bub? Found something you like?"
"I- Your uh-" -> He brings a hand up to his face and tries to block out the view even more, feeling his face get redder and redder by the moment. Sweet admins this man is going to kill him. "Y-You should cover up more, Loves! Don't wanna uh, get yourself sick or anything-" -> Part of him wanted to pull away from the other, put some distance between the two of them so he himself could relax, but he also didn't want to see rude by moving away.
"Hm? Yes..? My what, exactly? Use your words, dove."
Loveshot laughs quietly at seeing his reaction, sighing amused at seeing how he's acting and how red he looks, head wings flapping in amusement before he pats his shoulder in a comforting way.
"Is this your way of saying you don't want anyone else who isn't you staring at me? Cause if so, I'll happily comply! No need to get to possessive over me.."
That gets them to approach the man a little, amusement clear in their tone as they tilt their head and direct the conversation somewhere elsenon purpose, curious by the sudden talk before noticing gis behavior and pulling away calmly putting both of their hands on their hips.
"Well I-" -> He clams up and looks away, his entire face getting redder and redder by the damn second. He was fumbling over his words, trying to figure out what he wanted to say. "I-I don't want someone lookin' at ya and like- Tryna get inappropriate with you!" -> He stammered out. Fuck, why was he suddenly acting this way? Why did he not ACTUALLY like the idea of someone else staring at Loves like that? "Just- Tryna make sure nobody tries anythin'."
"You look so cute like that. Almost like a tomato.. or a ruby. Anything red, really."
Their feathers ruffle as they laugh softly, curling one of their wings around him while smiling in amusement, enjoying the reaction it's stirring out from the other.
"Hm? Really now? That's very nice of you.. Are you implying you're the only one who should see me like this? Or have me like this?"
Their head wings flap once more, clearly enjoying this whole interaction before straightening up a little while their feathered tail shakes a little.
"I appreciate the sentiment then, love. I'll trust you to chase anyone off if that ever happens then, like my ‘knighy in shining armor.’"
-> He looks down at his feet and mumbles something under his breath. He's never gotten THIS flustered by Loveshot's advances before! Maybe he's finally realizing! "I- Uh-" "Can... Can we just- Go back inside now? I feel funny." -> He didn't explain this "funny feeling", but part of him almost really didn't wanna be seen out with Loves right now. Not because he didn't like being around the other sheriff, but he didn't like the idea of the other sheriff being so exposed. "M-Maybe you could cover up a little..." -> He hopes the other doesn't.
Loveshot hopes and prays that he's finally understanding their advances, because heaven knows they would not be able to handle it anymore and definitely kiss him just so he could get it.
"Of course.. You're okay, right? Sorry if I went too far, darlin’.. Wanna go to my office? We can hang around there."
Their tone gets softer and genuine, a tad bit worried about having made the other uncomfortable with their advances; Maybe they should've kept it cool and controlled. Their wings shake a little, mostly puttng some feathers in place.
"Sure, why not? I'll cover up for now and then undo it once we're alone."
They shrug slightly, closing the buttons on their coat and covering up their chest.
"No- No, no! You're fine, you're fine. Just- I think I need a minute alone with ya, yeah? It... It'd be nice." -> He adjusted his hat with a small smile. He's just gonna be alone with Loves, surely nothing more embarrassing and flustering could happen! "Let's head to your office, yeah?"
"Oh? You want some alone time alone with me..? I'm honored to hear so~ Okay, enough flirting for now, I'll stop teasing you so much."
He closed his wings kn his back, shaking the feathers on his tail while fixing up his own hat, smiling down at Revs. Revealing that his advances were flirts was funny to him.
"Mhm, let's go there."
-> The sheriff fidgets with his little bandana as he ducked around the other sheriff, hurrying back to the collective sheriff's building the two shared. "Your office is uh, honestly kinda nicer than mine! Really like how ya decorate it! Mine's real simple, nothin' too fancy!" -> He tries to strike up conversation again, hoping to ward off some of the ever-present blush and flustered feelings bubbling all over his body.
They follow after him, closely walking by his side while looking around, staring ahead with a soft smile before looking back at him. Smilling more brightly at the praise while their tail does a movement similar to wagging.
"Thank you, dear. I think that speaks a lot about our personalities and how we act. I'm all fancy dressing and such, while you're more simple and energetic. I like your side too. Suits you quite well."
There was a hidden bird like happy chirp to their tone, seems like they really like some praise despite not quite accepting it. Funny.
-> Once the pair were safely within the walls of the other's office, the sheriff seemed to calm down, his face slowly cooling off and body relaxing. "I like keepin' m'self simple!" -> He grinned, a small sparkle dotting across his eyes. God, this fucking idiot was too cute for his own good.
They let the other enter first, closing the door after him and locking it, quickly going back to his side while smilling. Finally. Finally they can shoot their shot.
"I like that about you. It's one of your many charms, really..."
They open their vest again, unbuttoning it and leaving their chest exposed once more before sitting on the middle of their table, sitting at the edge of it while watching Revs.
-> He blushed darkly as the other opened up his vest, the other sheriff immediately looking upwards at the other's face to stop himself from staring. "I-I'm glad ya think so!" -> He fidgets with his gloves a little, glancing around the room. God, he felt so fucking flustered and hot all over right now.
Loveshot laughed at the reaction, eyebrow raising in interest before they ruffle their feathers while still sitting down at the table, removing their hat and leaving it to the side.
"You're blushing again.. It's cute, really. Come over here, would ya’?"
They do a finger calling motion at the end. It was a small suggestion, one he could easily refused if he wanted to, they didn't want to force Revs to come after them.
-> He swallows and steps towards the other sheriff, staring up at the other shyly. Oh, sometimes he hated how much he liked being under the other's gaze, how small it made him feel. "I'm here. Whatcha need?" -> He adjusted his hat, keeping his gaze on the other's face. He felt so flustered right now.
Their wings shook some feathers up, head wings flapping contently before they lean a little more towards him, tilting their as if analyzing him. Staying quiet for a few moments before speaking quietly.
"..Just needed to do something. If you're down with it."
They lean just a little more, leaving some inches of space between their faces, eyes darting towards his lips before going back to his eyes, holding his face with one of their hands; They move slowly, giving signs that if Revs wants to pull away, he could easily do that.
"I-I am." -> He stammered out, his entire face BURNING with blush at this rate. He leaned into the other's touch, closing his eyes and preparing for whatever the other sheriff had in store for him. -> He had a guess, a massive one, but he wanted to wait and see. Maybe he was going crazy! How could someone like THE Loveshot have any sort of interest in HIM?
"Okay, good. Just wanted to be sure before doing this."
Loves held his face with both of their hands now, wings expanding a little and opening wider, smilling at him and observing the other for a few moments, trying to keep themselves calm and under control.
Laughing quietly they move one of their hands to lightly grip his shirt and tug him even closer to them, kissing him immediately after while closing their around them both.
-> Oh. He wasn't expecting this. -> His eyes widened, chest tightened slightly as he's kissed. He freezes, his brain taking several minutes to process what was going on before he kissed back, squeezing his eyes shut. -> He awkwardly reached up, grabbing the other's sheriff's collar and finally kissing back. Oh admins, what was this man doing to him right now?
Their head wings flap more before eventually settling down.
Loves head eings twitches a few times, curling around their face as they slowly pull away when realizing the other is frozen, ready to apologize before making a surprised noise that shifts into a coo at being kissed back.
The noises didn't stop, although it was clear that Loves was trying to hold them back judging by how they sound cut off and such.
-> He held the kiss there before pulling away, his entire face basically bright red and his body trembling slightly. He's never kissed a person, let alone someone like THE Sheriff Loveshot. -> He kept his grip on the other's collar, squeezing just a little too tightly before quickly letting go and stepping back, waving at his face slightly. "You're... You're a great kisser, Loves."
They snorted shortly at his reaction, head wings perking up in amusement as Loves keeps observing him for a few moments. Tail feathers ruffling a bit before settling down eventually.
They tilted their head in curiosity at the grip turning tighter before fixing up their posture, wings raising a little the moment he says those words, scratching behind their neck while blushing lightly.
"Well, thank you. You aren't so bad yourself. You're quite the good kisser too."
"I'm uh... Not that good! You're definitely much better than I am, Loves! Heavens, could kiss ya forever if I could... But, y'know, we civilians need that good ol' air to breathe!" -> He's fumbling a little, trying to find anything to talk about right now. He'd love to kiss the other once more, but part of him feels like he'll explode if he does! "I just uh... Didn't expect you of all people to wanna kiss someone like me."
"Well I think that you're a good kisser even if you don't think so. And thank you, my dear. Hm.. You could always try to go for longer kisses if you want. I'm not gonna stop you."
They tilt back while sitting on the table, legs dangling before eventually stopping, staring at him and letting out a amused snort after some time.
"..Revs, I've been given you hints multiple times. Many times. I think I lost count of how many times on how much I tried to make you notice that."
"...." -> He stared at the other sheriff silently before an almost PAINFULLY long time before finally speaking. "You." "You have been?" -> He cannot be a sheriff and be THIS stupid, could he?
"Mhm, I have been. And you never picked up on it.. like ever. Trust me it was a painful process..."
Their wings shake a little, frowning abit with closed eyes before sighing out softly and stretching their wings.
"It's quite cute how oblivious you can be at times, even if it was also quite painful to see you not pick up on my advances."
"But well, looks like it finally worked uh?"
They smile at the other, tail wagging happily.
"I'm uh."
-> He started, feeling his cheeks basically boiling with blush from embarrassment. Had he really not realized the other was flirting on him this whole time? He feels bad now.
"Not good with the flirtin' stuff, y'know? Never really... Understood much of that. Guess I just uh... What's the phrase."
-> He snaps his fingers a couple of times.
"Guess I don't like... Pick up on cues that well? I think."
Loves sighs out softly, closing their wings and leaning away a little to lean back towards the table, fixing up their hat before nodding at his words.
"Oh trust me, I noticed that but I still didn't give up. I like a challenge. It did eventually work out."
Their head wings twitch at the noise, reacting to the sound as they continue observing him.
"Hm, yeah I can see that. I'm also bad at picking some specific clues up, so you're not alone."
-> The other sheriff stared down at his feet, watching as he unconsciously tapped one of them. A nervous little twitch he's always had.
"Uh..."
-> He didn't know where to take the conversation. Part of him wanted to apologize again for being so clueless, but he also felt like that was dumb too.
"Does this... Uh. Make us anything? Cuz that'd be nice if it did."
"Hm? You want anything?"
It was like an automatic response, wings opening slightly in interest as they tilt their head at him, tail fluttering for a small fraction of time before they perk up.
"Well, why do you think I've been flirting with you and just kissed you? I did that planning to date you, so yes, we are something."
They laugh fondly, leaning towards him again while raising an amused eyebrow at him, tail wagging contently.
