Trying out for GB WWR is hard when you haven't paddled a WWR boat before! That was a strange 2km but I managed 4th which isn't too bad. Onwards and upwards!

This solitary pursuit is becoming a lonely existence as of late. The dichotomy of self betterment is that the more it becomes your only port in a storm, the more it fuels the tumultuous conditions. 

I'm no pioneer but it's time to strike out a little harder, look a little further and take a chance on myself. A change is gonna come.
