A deep chuckle that came from her right. “Dunno? Sort of feels like we’ve done this before? Like when we were twenty and stupid? Maybe?” Luca had heard her voice from the kitchen and like an idiot old friend, or whatever, he followed it to see Kailah. “Hey, Kal.”

Matthew walked through the large front door of the place he would call home for the next six months, a small duffle bag in hand and a large smile on his lips as he got his first glimpse of the gorgeous home. He was not disappointed in the slightest, giving credit to the producers on creating such a beautiful place. Giving a quick wink to the first camera he saw, Matt coughed once to clear his throat before raising his voice to announce his entrance to whomever was in the house already. “No need to fear, ladies, everyone’s favourite man is here!“

“I know, I showed up 20 minutes ago.” ‘Mr. Beautiful’ had an ego to end all egos and he refused to ever let his bubble be popped no matter if he really wasn’t all that great. Still, Luca moved to sit in one of the common area chairs and grinned over at the other individual. “Hey, Luca, San Diego.” His hand was outstretched for an introduction but really it was a way for him to size up his competition. Friends? Who the fuck needed them here anyway.

Why did you originally audition for The Real World?

A buddy of mine dared me to audition and we both tried out but I was picked. I was 21 with an undeclared major and nothing held me back fro it. Took some time off from Penn State Main to stay in the house in San Diego. Best decision I’ve ever made and look at what I’ve got – fuck off, don’t answer that. 

What made you decide to come back and do it all over again?

Winning that money – do you know what I could do with all of that?! There’s this charity back home I’d donate to and help my dad with some of his medical bills. For sure, I’d put it to good use.

What are you most notable for from your season?

Being the “nice g”– wow, sorry, I can’t even finish that. For being the most honest. Look, I’m just saying…there’s a reason why that saying exists. If you can’t handle the heat, get out of the kitchen. And it’s not my problem if people can’t handle it. 

Is there anyone you hope won’t be living in the house with you?

I think if I had an issue with anyone from my season, they already know about it. Lennon can be a real pain in the ass sometimes but uh, no regrets. Looking to see what trouble I can get into this go around. Should be fun. But again, that money’s mine.

What have you been doing since your season?

So I did this guest spot on Food Network for a competitive eating thing and I don’t know what happened but now I’ve got my own breakfast food truck out in Philly and wake up at 5am for it. Just living the dream and trying to be the best at it.

Hunter Santos - Hunter has always had a difficult time keeping friends, this didn’t necessarily bother him, he liked that people were intimidated by his presence. However, Luca was different, they both gravitated toward each other. It wasn’t long until they became an unstoppable duo, taking unsuspecting individuals down with a snide remark and casual wave of the hand.

Kailah Rice - The relationship between Luca and Kailah is complicated. They never dated, hooked-up or acknowledged their feelings for one another. But everyone around could tell that there was something deeper than their playful friendship led on. Although Kailah was much more open with her feelings than Luca, he refused to admit that he felt anything for her.
