I am revamping this Lucius page! New faceclaim etc coming soon hopefully!
Lucius Malfoy a name that people in the future would one day fear. A name which people would stutter out and would send shivers down their spine. He would do great things, many great things, all for âthe causeâ and would be rewarded for his service. At least that is what he was lead to believe, the reality is a pawn in the Dark Lords game.Â
Out Of Character
Hello Tumblr world!Â
(Mostly fellow roleplayers)
I had a severe break from roleplaying (2 years to be exact.) however I am feeling the stresses of university and real life, and I am wanting to get back into my roleplaying. Are there any fellow Potter heads out there?Â
I have a lot of roleplay experience but I really love playing the mischievous dark characters.
If anyone is interested in roleplaying, individually or as a group, feel free to contact me.Â

Leaving...OOC
With regret I am having to say these wordsâŠ
Due to there being  problems with me being unable to trim my  posts all the time, I therefore am going to have to be withdrawn from this roleplay group- to everyone that I have had encounters with, you have been fab! This group is fantastic and strong and I wish that it shall remain as thisâŠ
Maybe I will meet some of you along the path throughout our roleplay journeys but for now⊠goodbye!
Open starter
Rodolphus had not seen his younger brother for a while due to him still being a student at hogwarts but it was strange that he had not recieved any text messages or letters from Rab. He knew that it could only mean one thing, that Rab was up to no good.
He decided that he would check in on his younger sibling, after all the pair had been rather close throughout their entire childhood and their time at school, why should their relationship be compromised now.
He sent the following text-
âYou know when you do not stay in touch it makes me worried, as to what stupid plan you are thinking you can pull off. I swear to Merlin, if you do anything that affects our family name it won`t be mother and father that you will have to worry about. So spill the beans, what are you planning...â
He hit send but he was unaware that he had accidentally sent it to the wrong number.Â
Katherine and Rodolphus
katherinethewise:
âItâs better if you just let them check you out. The sooner youâre cleared, the sooner you can leave,â Katherine told him, her eyebrows rising. âI have no plans and can stay here all day to make sure you get well.â Her lips curved.
Though Katherine found it hard to believe that Thorfinn had called her wonderful, she kept from saying so to Rodolphus. He had enough going on as it was. âIâm not worried,â she murmured.
He groaned, he knew that she was right and the more he fought with the nursing staff the longer they would keep him here on purpose. âYou cannot spend your evening off stuck in here with me...â Although what she was trying to do was kind and considerate, he would actually feel bad that she had to waste her evening on him.Â
âGood, I am glad to hear that. You shall have to come round for dinner some night...like a erm double date, I think that is what they call it anyway.â He looked rather confused by his own words.Â
Introductions... Snape& Lestrange
Hey, Lestrange ? Iâm not sure if this is the right number. @ruddylestrange1
Rodolphus was finishing off a few things at the Ministry before calling it a day and heading home. He heard his phone buzz -as it was on silent- in his pocket. He was in his private office so therefore it was acceptable for him to have his phone out at work.Â
He took it out and read the message, he was confused, who was the sender and more importantly what did they want with him? He pondered at the message for a few moments before writing the following response-
Hi, yeah you have the correct number... May I ask who exactly this is ?
Ministry Library
ruddylestrange1:
Rodolphus had been doing some researching of his own in the library, it wasnât a place that he was often found partly because he hates books.
He heard her mutter about needing more step ladders and he walked back a few aisles to find her. âPoppy youâreâŠ.â he donât exactly know how to put it. âShort?â He laughed and passed her the book down without any bother.
It was common knowledge that Poppyâs head of department was found of the liquor and therefore fond of placing stupid bets.
âWizengamot? Please tell me your head of department did not send you for that?â He smirked, although what he was about to say was not true, doesnât mean he canât tease her.
âI heard him talking about that in the pub last night, strangeâŠ.â
Poppyâs first instinct upon seeing Rodolphus was to smile.Â
She looked down at her feet for a moment, as if she was perhaps puzzling over the revelation that she was not actually tall (though to be fair, she often forgot just how short she was, as she was so accustomed to living in her heels). But then she looked back up at him and quirked a brow. âI am surprised you had not noticed, Roddy. Perhaps you need to have your eyes checked? It is awfully dark down there in the Department of Mysteries, after all.â
âWell, you know how much I hate to disappoint, so I shanât tell you,â she cocked her head to the side. He almost seemed familiar with the tome. âDo you know whatâs in it?â
Her face fell momentarily at his mention of the pub, but then she remembered where she had been until quite late the night before - which, she supposed, was not entirely to say that Rod hadnât overheard her boss at the pub. âWell that seems rather improbably, Roddy, considering we were here until late working on a proposal for the Minister. Though if you did happen to overhear him, perhaps you and I need to have a conversation about what you were doing trawling the bars until the wee hours of the morning.â
He smirked at her attempt at a come back. "Oh Pop's come on... it isn't my fault you're a little short ass." He leaned himself against the bench making eye contact with her for the first time in a long time.
He had often kept himself rather distant from anyone he used to have sexual encounters with. Although him and Bella never discussed it, he had always assumed that she would not like it. Although he was fed up living his life just to please her, time to stir things up a little.
"I know of the rumours and speculations around the topic however the specifics don't seem to come to my mind. That, as you are aware is not my department of expertise."
He grinned and brushed her hair from her face. "Alright smartie... you got me this time."
Ministry Library
Sheâd known wearing flats to the office was a bad idea. It didnât matter how comfortable her feet were after spending far too long in heals several nights earlier, it had apparently been a foolish decision - especially when the books in the library had been charmed to be anti-accio. No doubt it was the ploy of the cranky librarian who was tired of her doors literally flying out of the door, without any record of where they were going.Â
She was left staring up at the book she needed, or more accurately, that her boss needed, willing it to decide to fall off the shelf and into her arms. Five minutes, and she hadnât made any progress. Â She still wasnât entirely sure why he needed a record of what the Wizengamot had discussed on 7 November 1867, but apparently it had been important. She only hoped it was work related, and not a piece of information to settle a stupid bet.
âThis place needs more step ladders.â
Rodolphus had been doing some researching of his own in the library, it wasn't a place that he was often found partly because he hates books.
He heard her mutter about needing more step ladders and he walked back a few aisles to find her. "Poppy you're...." he don't exactly know how to put it. "Short?" He laughed and passed her the book down without any bother.
It was common knowledge that Poppy's head of department was found of the liquor and therefore fond of placing stupid bets.
"Wizengamot? Please tell me your head of department did not send you for that?" He smirked, although what he was about to say was not true, doesn't mean he can't tease her.
"I heard him talking about that in the pub last night, strange...."
Katherine and Rodolphus
ruddylestrange1:
âIâve just went and put both feet into itâŠâ he said his eyes widened, that was completely unintentional, he didnât mean to cause upset/annoyance.
âWe just were talking about these marriages thatâs all. Nothing to worry about.â
âI suppose we could blame your accident for your loose tongue,â she said softly.
Katherineâs lips thinned. âOh?â she asked him archly, idly wondering just what exactly her fiance said about her behind her back. âAnd what else did my darling Thorfinn tell you?â
He rolled his eyes at her as the nurses poked and prodded at him. "Really I am ok..." he said it softly this time. When the nurse left he looked back at Katherine.
"Just how wonderful you are." He grinned. "No really we didn't talk about you that much... don't worry."

ruddylestrange1:
He shrugged. âSame old, same old really. I havenât heard much from Rab about Hogwarts, have you heard anything about whatâs going on within it?â
âSienna hasnât mentioned much, just that she wants to leave. I promised Iâd bring it up with our parents this weekend.â
"Sienna wants home?" He frowned. "I don't know about Rab... but I know that no need means he's planning on doing something stupid."
Bonding...they'll soon be family- afterall
ruddylestrange1:
âIâm sure you find her company more than pleasant from what sheâs been telling me.â He smirked. âIâm only joking, donât look so serious.â He finished his drink and a young lady caught his eye, he stared for a brief moment before turning the other way and ordering more drinks. âAnother one?â
âSheâs been talking about me? With you?â Luciusâ brow furrowed, slightly concerned, but not truly worried. But why sheâd be confiding in Rodolphus, he wasnât entirely sure.Â
âDo I really have an option?â  He rolled his eyes, but at least if they ordered more drinks the girls might come back. âGo on, then. Another.â
"Well not exactly... she was looking for someone to talk to who wasn't me but since she appeared in my fire... I'm afraid I was her only option." He laughed.
"No of course you don't have an option." He grinned sliding a drink towards him.
Bonding...they'll soon be family- afterall
ruddylestrange1:
âOhh you got me there Lucius⊠however, work shall always get doneâŠSo how are things with narcissa going? Are you enjoying her company?â He raised a brow whilst taking a long swig of whiskey. Rodolphus also took his work seriously but maybe not as much as Lucius, to him it was a chore but it had to be done therefore would be completed to a good standard exceeding the ministries expectations.
âThings with Narcissa are perfectly fine.â Trust had been growing between them, and they were slowly becoming more accustomed to each other - but he wasnât about to reveal that level of intimate detail to Rodolphus. âShe is a good conversationalist, which makes spending time in her company quite pleasant.â He wondered whether Rodolphus would attempt to take that euphemistically, but didnât care enough to correct it.
"I'm sure you find her company more than pleasant from what she's been telling me." He smirked. "I'm only joking, don't look so serious." He finished his drink and a young lady caught his eye, he stared for a brief moment before turning the other way and ordering more drinks. "Another one?"
Katherine and Rodolphus
ruddylestrange1:
He frowned and knew that she would not take no for an answer he sighed and looked at the nurse. âFine Iâll take part in whatever tests you want.â He said it sharply, he was half surprised that the words had just left his mouth.
He looked at her and offered a smile. âMaybe me and thorfinn were wrongâŠ. maybe your volunteering is a good idea after all.â
The brunette sat down in the chair in his room, knowing that she would need to keep up her end of the bargain if only to ensure that Rodolphus got treatment he needed. Katherine offered him a smile in return.
His comment made Katherineâs eyebrows rise. âSo you and Thorfinn have been talking about me then,â she said, her voice slightly annoyed. âI hardly think thereâs anything to complain about with giving back. And once Iâm married, it only makes his family look good.â
"I've just went and put both feet into it..." he said his eyes widened, that was completely unintentional, he didn't mean to cause upset/annoyance.
"We just were talking about these marriages that's all. Nothing to worry about."

ruddylestrange1:
Rodolphus shrugged, he wasnât going to give a definite answer to the question. Perhaps because he didnât want it to be shown as a weakness that he would marry a Rowleâs. âmmm suppose. But the Blackâs is where we are landed my friend.â
He smirked and knew that he probably could drink, as what he saw, the younger version of himself under the table without a bother. This could become both interesting and humorous. A real man can work with a hangover LuciusâŠâ he said with a smirk before taking a long sip of the next drink.
âFor now, perhaps.â He sensed that Rodolphus was not giving him the whole truth, but he wasnât particularly worried. He did not mind speaking his mind, not in front of Rodolphus, anyway.Â
âPerhaps, if real men are happy being less competent than they would otherwise be.â Lucius was not afraid of having a drink, or indulging in many other vices. But he took his work seriously, and he hated seeming less than capable. He wouldnât do anything to jeopardise his future.Â
"Ohh you got me there Lucius... however, work shall always get done...So how are things with narcissa going? Are you enjoying her company?" He raised a brow whilst taking a long swig of whiskey. Rodolphus also took his work seriously but maybe not as much as Lucius, to him it was a chore but it had to be done therefore would be completed to a good standard exceeding the ministries expectations.

He grinned. âThanks sis for the compliment.â Before he got to know Bellatrix he didn`t think that the pair had much in common except their clear love for dark magic and artifacts, however once he got to know her he found that she was someone who he could picture himself with forever. He still had to determine if she was wife material or not yet, however he knew that he did not exactly have much of a choice in the matter, but the idea of having a secret mistress did cross his mind- of course no one knew of this.
âOh Merlin forbid that you should kiss the man that you are going to marry. You do realise you are going to be the mother of his children therefore you are going to have to eventually do more than kiss.â He let out a roar of laughter. âOh Cissy⊠honestly, just talk to him as if nothing happened. Just get on with it. It will all become natural sooner or later.â
A shiver ran through Narcissa and, much to her horror, it wasnât completely in disgust over intimacy with Lucius. âYou donât understand,â she whined, âit wasnât just a kiss. It wasâŠâ The fact that I liked it. The fact that it happened in a moment of weakness. I want to do it again. She shook her head, âI need advice but I doubt you would give anything good. No offence.âÂ
âWe arenât like you and Bella.â
Rodolphus raised a brow and could not help but smirk at the fact that Lucius had accomplished something sexual with Cissy. He looked at the fire, quite shocked.
"Indeed you are not like me and Bella nor would I wish you to be. You know I have had encounters with other women before I met your sister, if that changes your mind on my advice..."
He felt sorry for her, all she seem to want was someone to confide in.

âAh yes, I told Katherine there was little point in volunteering⊠she didnât seem too impressed.â He laughed. âEnough about womenâŠâ
âShe never does,â Thorfinn chuckled, not really that entertained. It was true. âWhat else is new, then?â
He shrugged. "Same old, same old really. I haven't heard much from Rab about Hogwarts, have you heard anything about what's going on within it?"
