I saw on スーパーミヤギ人THE王食ﾌｰﾄﾞﾌｧｲﾔｰBBQ烈怒（L's twitter account a trio of female local heroes. One of theme had a rabbit motif. Who the Henshin are they?

I assume you mean the robotic rabbit lady from this pic:

There are actually way more than three in her group! They are part of Idol Robo Nyorobotics (http://www.nyorobotics.com/) a group of gynoids (female-seeming robots) idol singers and local heroes. Her name is Number 5: Brownie.
