Lula Bandwagon Roe

I've somewhat recently joined the LulaRoe bandwagon. When I first heard of them, I really couldn't have cared less. Then a month ago my sister bought me my first pair of leggings. That's how it starts. Really! Now I'm a bit of a fan, and have somehow found myself belonging to probably over fifty Facebook LulaRoe shopping groups. No joke! I might have gone crazy. I find myself a little obsessed. Maybe a lot obsessed. I haven't drank the Kool-Aid though. I think some of it is downright hideous. I set up this space to lust after and laugh at LulaRoe. And maybe spare my husband some of my obsessive thoughts. Maybe.

So I'm becoming obsessed with this print. The more I see it the more it looks like endless stacks of books to me. That speaks to my nerdy heart.

Nothing like being super excited to get an item you won only to open it and find a super ugly shirt. At least it was free. This is why I do not do mystery packs, no matter how tempting. Not going to stop entering giveaways though.

Another thing that's addicting, winning LulaRoe giveaways. Today I won a maxi skirt. I'm so excited. I love maxi skirts! I can't even tell you how many giveaways I enter every day. It's probably a ridiculous number. I just hope I don't get a horrible print.

I love getting LulaRoe in the mail. It’s fun. And kind of addicting. It’s probably a good thing I don’t have any real money to speak of.

It’s like a bad mix of the 80s and golf video games. The only way this would be fun was if you were going to an 80s theme party, but I think those went out of fashion too.

I want these leggings so bad. The pink is super bright, but not only is it cameras (love), it is also travel theme. Look, that's Stonehenge! I must have these!

It's my week for LulaRoe

On Tuesday I won a LulaRoe Randy t-shirt. That was pretty exciting. Ok, really exciting. I texted both my husband and my younger sister, who is even more of a LulaRoe fan than I am, to share in my excitement. Who doesn’t love free stuff. I can’t wait to see what print I get. I won a pair of kids leggings off the same lady a month or so ago. I really need to at least buy a pair of leggings from her.

But that’s not all. Today, Friday, I won an Amelia dress! I’m still in a little bit of shock. And if I thought I was jittery on Tuesday, that was nothing compared to how jittery I was after I found out I won a dress. Better yet, I got to go in the albums and pick out which one I liked.

It’s amazing my luck this week. I really was beginning to feel like I was never going to win any of the bazillion giveaways I’m always entering. Winning two things in one week is pretty awesome.

It's a secret, but...

I’d love to be a LulaRoe print pattern designer. I think it’d be fun. I think I’d be good at it. I certainly wouldn’t do worse than some of their current print patterns.

I am not a fan of this weirdly colored candy corn pattern. Who looked at that and didn't think candy corn? Maybe I'd feel different closer to Halloween.

Placement can be everything. This is the same print pattern that I love, but the placement is off. It's tilted and not centered. It's not nearly as pretty. So my hunt is still on.

Confession time

I've bought way more LulaRoe pieces over the last few days than I should have. I normally don't get caught up in the buy it now mentality that LulaRoe pushes, but closeout prices are too much for this girl to resist. I tried. At first I only bought two pieces. Then three more. Than one more. Now I'm desperately trying to resist buying two more items. Seriously. I saw a woman showing interest in the maxi skirt I'm trying to resist and I dang near had a panic attack. I need to get a grip.

I unjoined a crap ton of LulaRoe Facebook shopping groups today. I'd guess close to 40. I lost count somewhere in the twenties. I won't tell you how many groups I'm still in. Too many.

I’m super excited for this. You may be asking yourself why since the shirt is awful. It truly is. But it’s books! I love books! I wouldn’t be caught dead in this scrub looking top. I don’t even know if I’d wear it to bed. Hello $35! So why am I excited? I’m really hoping this means book leggings are coming! And those I would wear.
