So, it’s just a small update, but I’m actually gonna put this blog on a mini-hiatus. I just haven’t been feeling writing recently! I’ll be saving all the rps I have owed and will draft responses, but currently just taking a break from Tumblr. If you’d like to hit me up on Discord, feel free to ask for it in dms!

“I-I… Pardon?” This collection of young humans is… Odd. He’d been sent here, in a gigai, to investigate reports of gargantas opening often in this area, and possibly strong-level hollows. Somehow, he’d been roped into taking part in something the humans called a “host club” as he tries to keep up with the changes and the farce of a daily routine he must keep up in order to fit in, but…
He just doesn’t understand. “I’m afraid I don’t understand… You speak of the one with hair like my own, right? With lighter hair? He’s a prince?”
“Yes, of course I do. Tamaki Suoh, the supposed prince of the host club, but I see nothing princely about him and his behavior. He is the farthest thing from princely I’ve ever seen in my life and still he believes the opposite! Can you believe that?”
Renge had played enough otome games in her life to know exactly how a proper prince should act and in her opinion, Tamaki was the complete opposite of the picture she had painted in her mind. He was far too clingy and demanded attention much like a puppy, so how could that possibly be seen as a prince-type in the first place? It didn’t make sense to her at all.
goldenloved:
“oh! no, no, no! n-no need to pause it!” the answer fled his mouth in a matter of seconds, not an ounce of hesitation filling the response. this was his plan, after all; to escape the horrific images being burned into his mind, even for just a couple of minutes. kyouko enjoying horror movies was a concept he still couldn’t grasp. so he got up, only after pressing a kiss to the smooth skin of her cheek, and allowed his attention and actions to focus on getting them hot cocoa. “do you want whipped cream on top?”
“Alright alright, I’ll let it keep playing.” With how quickly he responded, she immediately knew that the hot chocolate was a ploy to get out of the terrifying sights in front of him. She knew that he was scared and though it might seem cruel to force him into watching scary movies, he always joined even despite his own fears. It was something she always enjoyed about him and would never get tired of. “With a cherry? I think we have some in the draw in the fridge.”
hirako5hinji:
“ Mn, you’d be surprised to see how many individuals would’ve been more than willing to stay stuck in an unhappy slump, than to work actively to dig themselves outta it- ”
It took strength to overcome one’s own beliefs especially; to pick up the shattered remnants of one’s life and keep struggling to carry on. Of that, Shinji had some personal experience...and Momo was the same, in a way. Kindred. “ I never felt that those who survived ought to downplay the fact that they did. ” He slanted a look at his companion, understanding her disappointment with the innate nature of humans. His words felt like a comforting pat on the shoulder. A tacit agreement with her views, silent empathy. “ Sometimes, just living is a feat in and by itself. Those who have walked on thorn-ridden paths have nothing to prove to those who hadn’t…but ah, we’re mulling over some rather somber topics, aren’t we? ”
He popped another pocket of rice into his mouth, steadily finishing up the rest of his lunch. “ Good, isn’t it? This place has been in existence a long time. You’ll find lots of tradesmen and servants of nobles passing by for a quick, cheap bite. It’s a good place to make new friends, or just to hear the latest gossips and rumors going around Seireitei- ” The purpose of this visit had been to introduce Momo to the existence of information sources like this, but Shinji was also pleased by her quiet delight. “ Let’s stay for some dessert too, to satisfy your sweet tooth- ”
“ My kouhai, huh? ” He swallowed the last mouthful of his meal and set his chopsticks back down. “ She’s great. She’s eager to please and diligent in her work, a very conscientious and responsible person. I feel reassured with her. ” Those weren’t praises given just for the sake of flattery, merely truth. Shinji took a sip of his tea to cleanse his palate, ruminating over his words. “ …However, I also do think that she’s deathly afraid of being a burden; she takes on a lot on her own and barely asks for help. ”
His eyes twinkled with mischief. “ I’ve been slipping in some rather unreasonable requests every now and then to throw her off her stride, but so far, it doesn’t seem like she has cottoned on, yet. Tell me, what do you think I should do with a kouhai like this, if you were in my shoes? ”
Momo latched onto every word he said with silent understanding and agreement. It was true that no matter how hard she worked that there would still always be people who didn’t believe in her no matter what. She simply had to live for herself and those who did know and care for her which at times was easier said than done. Sometimes people were more blatant with their dislike, but more often than not she would simply ignore them and carry on with her other far more important duties.
A soft sigh left her lips as she nodded her head, knowing that such somber topics were brought up simply because of her own inability to properly stop herself from sounding like this. It was due to Aizen’s betrayal after all that she turned into such a worried and uncertain individual. Still, she knew that there was no sense in thinking on it any longer when she was having such a wonderful time out enjoying good food.
“Are you sure we have time for such a thing? If I can’t get dessert, it won’t be too bad, I promise!”
Still if he was saying they had time, she might as well get something deliciously sweet while she was out, right? It seemed such a shame not to give into her rather sweet tooth in such a situation in the first place. A nervous smile formed on her lips as she nodded her head slightly, feeling a slight embarrassment welling up and soon enough lightly dusting her cheeks with a soft shade of pink.
Soon enough though the feelings were squashed when he admitted he went so far as to throw in some unreasonable requests. She had always thought so, but never felt comfortable enough to question him or even ask for help. Now she knew that he was doing it simply for the sake of teasing, but also to get her to ask for help and not take things on alone.
“I think you shouldn’t tease her so much and give her such wild requests then.” Small pout formed on her lips as she stared over at her captain who seemed rather pleased with himself. “But I’m sure that she looks to you with respect and a certain unspoken gratitude that you’re willing to treat her in such a way.”

heavy sigh, why was the shop keep like this? she wondered as she leaned herself against on of the displays. hands lingering on some skulls, boned ruins. herbs the likes. blue hues skipping off of them then back on Aimatia. “ Maybe, she isn’t normally like this. “ she commented finally as her eyes went back to the current. the noises of items moving, shifting. the clattering then the cursing from the shop keep but she didn’t emerge yet. with a chuckle Lisette gave Aimatia a slight wink. “ Knowing my luck its a pickled cat or some crazy shit like that. “ she snorted a but before letting her facial features falling a little.
what did she order? what could it be? was it a new tome? please let it be a new tome or a new journal or something.
“ What do you think it could be though? like out of everything it looks like she has everything out here. “
“Hmm, it could be that it’s a new book for you to read and it’s the first copy the shop keep received and they wanted you to have it first?”
There were so many options at what it could possibly be and although Aimatia would have loved to sit and guess, she knew that the only way to find out the truth was to simply wait for them to return with whatever they had to give to Lisette in the first place.
Aimatia shifted slightly as she approached the blonde with her head tilted to the side, arms soon crossing over her chest in slight thought. Perhaps it wasn’t even anything that crazy and it was simply something that the other woman had forgotten she ordered and the shop keep was keeping safe for her. Whatever it was, now she found herself feeling rather excited about finding out exactly what it was.
“It must be pretty far back if they’ve not returned yet too.”
seistark:
❝ THIS MAN IS GIVING ME HEADACHES! ❞
he sighed and sat himself down. holding on to the door frame, not to slip. ❝ it’s alright, i shouldn’t have assumed you would know where he is. he isn’t your captain after all. i couldn’t find nanao to ask her and my health isn’t the best today either. just let me know once you saw him, will you? ❞
ukitake crossed his arms and looked at his bonsai.
Kiyone was quick to move to where her captain stood with her hands held out in front of her in case he fell down from a sudden burst of weakness. He did look rather weak today which concerned her and with his annoyance with the other captain, she was worried that perhaps he’d fall over from his irritation.
“Of course, I can have Nanao contact me if she finds him, but right now taichou I would rather insure that you’re okay and nothing will happen. I’m sure that she must be doing everything in her power to look for him too.”
Which is why she’s rather grateful that she had Ukitake as a captain rather than the lazy captain who always seemed to scurry away whenever he wanted to do things on his own.

Yamato walks into the shop, having to grab his mother something for her birthday, he didn’t knew what to give her at the moment, and wasn’t sure why he ended up walking into this particular shop. But one he went into the shop and greeted with a rather nice individual does he change his mind, maybe it was a nice detour after all. He’ll give her a small smile in return, walking over towards the counter she was currently behind, “Um, good morning. I was wondering if you could recommend me something for my mother’s birthday?”
“Flowers for your mother’s birthday?” A pause as she perked up slightly, lips curled into a bright smile for a moment as she stood from her seat behind the counter and walked towards the front of the shop. Even though most times when people came in, they knew exactly which flowers they wanted there would often be moments where people came in asking for recommendations as well. It was definitely something she enjoyed doing for those who came unsure of what to do for a gift. “Of course! Do you know what colors are her favorite?”
I will work on more stuff later, but right now I’m vibing! I hope everyone is having a good day so far though.
Sorry about not being online recently! I’ve just been taking a break and stuff! Activity is gonna be light still, but tomorrow morning I’ll respond to stuff that people responded to while I was away.
basstardz:
Getting a smile in return is more than he usually achieves. It’s not his fault, he spent more of his life training to split stones than learning the intricacies of female mind. She was cute and he went for it, any guy would understand. He grins in response, his pose getting just this much cockier.
“There’s a place where they serve sake so good your hair will stand up for a week.”
He is lying, of course. Totally average sake is all he can afford after a night of playing dice with his pals. Stepping to the side, he gestures eastbound, down an alley guarded by two rows of blooming trees.
“Want me to show the way?”
Haineko doubted that he actually knew of a place that had such amazing sake and even if he did, he didn’t seem as if he could afford such a thing in the first place. She didn’t want to seem as if she were judging him, but she made a small note to know that perhaps she wouldn’t be able to truly drink as much as she wanted. Well, it was still a free drink so she wasn’t about to look a gift horse in the mouth.
“Sounds like a plan to me!~”
She spent no time to approach him and soon enough hooked her arm with his. A soft purr left her lips as her tail swayed behind her, gaze never once leaving the male who would be accompanying her. It was best to keep her guard up slightly, especially when going to a new area with someone she didn’t know. She was sure she’d be fine, but still she wasn’t really in the mood to fight either.
“Is it far?”
I been MIA because work been kinda tiring this week. I’ll probs reblog some ask meme tomorrow! Hope everyone been having a sexy time.
bornmafia:
“ I have been coming here for years. “
she commented as she looked at jars or herbs and runes. some leather bound books and then settling them back down in there spot. the shop keep clapped her hands together quickly as if she remembered something.
“ Lisette, Dear! “
the shop keep talked fast, the woman didn’t look that old. maybe that of in her twenties, she looked like Lisette’s age. Lisette in response just blinked as if she was startled by the quick talk and attention grabbing.
“ I have something for you it just came in give me a moment. “
she continued to speak before vanishing behind a beaded curtain.
not holding a candle she looked to Aimatia.
“ I have no clue whats she getting. “ Lisette commented with a snicker, “ maybe it was something I ordered? “
The moment the young woman had called out to Lisette, Aimatia pulled her attention away from the several herbs laid out in front of her before turning to face the shop keep. even though she wasn’t speaking to her, her obvious excitement over the item she had was enough to draw her in. Before she could even fully wrap her brain around what happened, she had scurried off behind the curtain and Lisette was soon enough commenting on the sudden urgency behind the item.
“Perhaps it’s something that came in that had her thinking of you?” A pause before letting out her own soft laughter, hand soon brought to quiet down the small fit of giggles.
“There are often times moments where I enter a shop I frequent quite often and the owner has something saved to the side because they thought of me.”
Whatever the item, she was sure enough it would be something that the other woman really would enjoy or why else would she make such a show about getting it now rather than giving it to her later.
bornmafia:
maybe it was a bit of her that needed this friendship that made her stay with the other woman. but it was nice. with the small talk and walking with the other just made her day. plus she also owned a shop? just like Lisette and her cafe. which reminded her that she still had the schedule she had to do for the next two weeks for the workers who shared her … worldly views from the other side of the plans. but she didn’t want to think on that matter. working with other supernaturals was boring compared to hanging with a new potential friend who may or may not be human. she couldn’t tell not yet.
“ yeah lets go. “
she gave a soft chuckle as she walked to with the other to the store. it was a small crafts store, old fashioned with actual candles and materials one would need for witch craft. even that of actual beeswax in blocks and honeycomb. As soon as they walked in with a ring of the bell that hung over the door, the shop keep looked at Lisette with a happy expression. as if they knew eachother.
in fact they kinda did, Lisette had been coming here since she turned twenty. so maybe five years.
“What a cute shop! I don’t think I’ve ever been here before.”
Aimatia looked around the shop with excitement as she followed beside Lisette, careful not to allow her excitement to get the best of her and cause her to knock something over. She was rather careful about wandering around shops, especially new ones; however, her excitement often times did get the best of her and she would make a small scene with her soft squeals.
She brought her attention towards Lisette with a small tilt of her head as she peered towards the shop keep who seemed to know Lisette. It seemed as if perhaps this was somewhere she often came to the point where the owner knew her. The young succubus had her own shops where she would go so often that the owner knew her by name.
“Is this somewhere you like to come?”

he certainly had a knack for this sort of thing, he was more than happy doing such things, so when yoruichi questioned him, there was a smile that showed on his features as he set the needle down for now.
“i don’t think i would be doing this if i didn’t like it,” he knew what he was was a quincy, but he also thought about having a side business at some point, something to make money since talks with his father have made him think about the future and how he was going to sustain himself financially.
“it brings me peace when i need it most.”
Yoruichi let out a soft yawn as she rested against the cushion once more, gaze never once leaving the male as she listened to him tell her how he enjoyed it. Brought him peace? Well, given his upbringing she could see why he would need something like this to bring him peace.
“Mm, that makes sense. It’s a nice hobby to pick up and you’re rather skilled at it as well. How long have you done this for?” She stretched out her hind legs to release her claws for a moment before bringing them back up to rest underneath her.
etherealflora:
“I don’t think it’s any more strange than any of the other choices we have here,” he laughs. It’s clear that he doesn’t take the comment too personally. Truthfully, it was the kind of drink you had to taste yourself to see if you’d like it. After all, London fog isn’t exactly a flavor you can imagine in your mind all that well. Tensei nods at her response towards the kinds of drinks she enjoys.
“Hmmm,” he thinks, glancing up at the menu before back at her. “What about a pink drink then? May not be as sweet as you’re used to but it fits a lot of your description!”
“I’m willin’ to try anythin’ at first, ya know?” Yuki may have enjoyed sweet things the best, but that didn’t mean she was just going to say no to something that someone was recommending to her. Plus it might become another staple for her to try out whenever she came.
“So what’s the drink?” She tilted her head slightly as she stared up at the male, rather excited about the prospect of trying a new drink that she never had before. Even if it was bad, she wasn’t going to act like one of her younger siblings who often complained about trying something new.
