it’s clear to everyone by now that tumblr is far behind me, but i’ll always have memories from here. i am still writing—just not roleplay—and i’m currently about to finish my master’s; i’m what some would call “adulting”!

let me preface this by saying i’m amazed that you are!

with everything going on in the world, i hope that everyone is safe.

i can’t believe how old this blog is, lol. i’m 23 this year can you believe it? well, i can’t believe the people that i met and became friends with while i was here; some friendships evolving past tumblr and into real life. i’m incredibly thankful for that. what’s next for me? well college is done and i’m thinking law school- y’know, after the world gets back to a healthier place!

when i came to this site, the bleach fandom was small- incredibly so. but it grew and grew and when it grew, it reached- in my opinion- the height of its potential. (i’m not dissing any new writers- i don’t know you guys! lmfao). perhaps a better way of saying it, is that it reached its height of potential for me. new people came, older writers left- and that’s a good thing! a new generation has taken up the nerd writing mantle. but tumblr moves so fast that if you aren’t a constant presence, you pretty much get left behind.

btw byakuya is still my longest actual muse. and i did fulfill my promise of getting a tattoo of his haikus to commemorate that!

it is entirely possible that i will come back to byakuya one day- not that anyone wasn’t aware i was gone lmfao- i just don’t want to feel pressured to do it. but if the muse is ever itching to get back into writing, i know that this is the first place i’ll come back to.

any parting wisdom left to bestow... don’t let this website consume your life; don’t let it get you down. try to stay out of the tumblr-politics of it all and have fun. think of this place like a virtual degrassi- everyone makes mistakes but you look back fondly at your time here. stick to your guns.

that being said, i am still writing (on tumblr, for one)- just not in the bleach fandom anymore. i do have a discord available if anyone would like to catch up! by all means, come talk my ear off. i have plenty of time for that nowadays.
