Have you ever felt like you were trying your hardest and it still wasn't enough? for anyone not even yourself?

Growing up, I tried to follow expectations from my family, my religion, and even the people around me. Along the way, I heard labels I didn’t understand, felt pressure to be someone I wasn’t, and slowly started questioning where I actually fit in. I’ve also struggled with confidence, identity, and learning how to see myself in a kinder way.

But things are changing.
