Choosing what to wear was probably the worst part of being of the female gender. Claire had spent a good 3 hours deciding what too wear without feeling too out of her own body, as she would put it. Letting herself grin as she finally settled herself into a white sundress with red embroidery, she made her way to the picnic.
She had even prepared food from her home world; gathering shrimp and such to mimic what she had made in Sama; such as a dip made from tomatoes and a small pinch of mint (of course, she had brought chips), and a taste of La Veda, which was a odd, yet delicious combination of salami and salmonâ at least, delicious to the Magma Twin-Pike. Finally seeing the other in view, she waved towards him with a grin on her face.Â
âItâs nice to see you too. I canât wait to see what you have in store.â She smiled, ready to enjoy what her friend has prepared.
Watching the girl as she stepped forward, he couldn't help but notice her expression. Was she excited already? Keeping quiet, the God studied her smiling face, trying to decide if that was the case. It would seem to be, after all, a grin was a positive sign. Yet it was still strange for Tsukito, to have a friend to spend time with. After all the only friends he'd ever really made before were the other Gods, and Yui...
Finally giving her a short wave, the corners of his lips twitched up in a gentle smile too- without him even realising it.
"Then we should begin."
Thus, he'd set off, keeping a few paces in front, leading the girl far into the middle of the greenery of the Sector. The sky was clear, the moon just making itself known in the night. Pausing for a moment, Tsukito cast his gaze to the sky, contentedly looking upwards.
"One of the fondest memories I have with friends was of a moon viewing with food. Which is what I have planned this evening. I-" Stopping mid sentence, the moon deity narrowed his sights as what the girl was carrying- having not initially noticed that she had anything.
"Were we both to bring food? I was under the impression that the planner brought the treats. I do not understand..."
Still leaning the ways of such things as friendship, the smallest of changes could catch him off guard. Wondering quietly if he had erred, he looked downwards, studying the basket on his arm. He hoped at least this was not a dire mistake that would lead to the other reprimanding him...
