Headcanons for the Yandere Platonic Strawhats AU

MONKEY D. LUFFY

Yandere Luffy is overwhelming, he is unapologetic over you all the time; hugs are standard with him. He will drag you into adventures with a big smile and zero regards for your pleas. He also enjoys cuddles, and tends to kidnap you from the women’s quarter so he can cuddle with you.

Luffy possesses a high emotional intelligence which allows him to read people easily and at the same time he has the amazing ability to ignore everything that is not convenient to him. Luffy creates his own reality and he has built in his mind that you are an essential part of the crew and nobody not even you can convince him of the contrary.

He doesn’t mind sharing you with the rest of the crew, only the crew.

“Box Lunch for two” he states as he drags you into a new island. He eats both lunches

ZORO RORONOA

Zoro is not delusional, but when this man declares something there is not coming back. You are his nakama and he will protect you, and remain at your side even if you don’t like it. He is willing to physically harm you to keep you in place, especially after you escape. "You already know how this goes. Why run when you know we will never let go?"

Fun fact, the time you spend with Zoro is usually inside the ship. He has tried to get alone time with you when the Strawhats arrive at a new island, but it always ends with one of you getting lost -Zoro-. He likes keeping you close when you are in the ship by either suggesting you train together or doing night watch together.

NAMI

Nami is a little more complex. She was forced to be part of the Arlong pirates, she dislikes the idea of forcing into the crew. But between the love she has for the crew and how everyone in the crew enables the possessiveness in the crew, she slowly gives into her own possessive tendencies.

I can see Nami organizing girls nights and inviting/dragging you to shopping dates. Are you in debt? Probably. Keep in mind she beats Luffy when he does stupid things, and she will beat you too.

BLACK LEG SANJI

Sanji is a delusional yandere, he genuinely believes he is doing the best for you. He pampers you with attention and food. He will never physically hurt you, but he is the kind of man that will emotionally manipulate you, if he thinks is the best for you. He is protective like a knight and will hit any creature and man who approaches you. If you start crying he will become inconsolable.

Some activities with Sanji include: washing dishes together, sharing food, and one-sided love poetry sessions, which basically means that Sanji starts reciting poetry about you and you freeze like a deer.

USOPP

 Usopp is really aware that what's going on is wrong, but he doesn't want to let go either. He is your confident when things get heated up with the crew. Usopp may be the only one who will admit what they are doing to your face.

He cares about your safety and will get you out of danger without thinking twice. He tells you about his “great adventure” and likes to test his new artifacts and weapons with you. He will build you a weapon so you can fight and engraved with a message like “Made by the Great Usopp for …”.

NICO ROBIN

Robin was distant at the beginning, she saw all the crew as just another organization that eventually will betray her, but bonds are created and she comes to care for the crew and after Enies Lobbys she has fully embraced the crew and crew has embraced back. She is not overly affectionate, but she has her soft and cute aggression moments so expect her to squish you once and a while.

She enjoys reading with you and discussing history. I don’t think she will talk about the void century unless directly questioned about it, but she will share the general history of the One Piece world. She will go shopping and dinners with you and Nami.

TONY TONY CHOPPER

Chooper worries about your health may be to much. Your medical record is the longest of the crew since he is always doing check ups on you. You don’t have to worry about Munchausen by proxy he will never make you sick on purpose, cuf, cuf ignore the, cuf, cuf, broken cuf leg cuf, cuf. Even so, he will start treatment without permission drug you if you start showing signs of sickness and refuse treatment. Chooper sometimes comes into the women’s quarters and cuddles with you. He enjoys playing games with you and sharing snacks.

FRANKY

Franky as a yandere it’s pretty chill, especially because in this AU Franky has experience kidnapping people. He has more than one time kidnapped people so they could join Franky Family. He gives irresponsible big brother/ uncle vibes.
