being a kpop stan is a rly enjoyable experience when you realize you can just be regular. you can know nothing about them! you dont have to know your biases favorite color or birthday or even last name lol. you dont have to watch their appearances or shows or any of it. you dont need to be in the loop. and above that its way more enjoyable when you realize you can dislike stuff. you can hate their releases, its ok. you can hate their styling or their choreographies or you can even dislike some of the members lmfao.
'real fan' culture needs to die it is human nature to have tastes and to be critical of things i promise. you dont have to unconditionally like every aspect of every person in every group you like and know everything about them down to their place of birth. you can even curate spaces where you are critical of them i promise its ok. you wont go to jail or anything
