You can take it easy, not everything is a fight and maybe stay true on your word. Get out more and walk the dog, or workout? Oh! maybe get a job at a petstore and take care of animals or babysit if you like kids. Maybe get into writing and arting more since those are very therapeutic. It's all good stuff that will help.
