Luz was born in a small town in Columbia. The population of said town was mostly wolves. All of them worked as a big pack, her mother being the alpha and the one in charge of said pack. She was a strong woman who kept everyone safe. her mother was the oldest of her sibling and took over as the alpha once her grandmother passed. Luz herself was one of the youngest of her large family.

Her favorite thing was playing soccer with her siblings and cousins. Even though she was younger than a lot of them, she always kicked their asses. Being skilled in the sport from a young age.

Things were rough with her pack. Her mother was very strict and expected a lot from her children. Especially with the decline of pups being born in the pack. Her children had an obligation to have pups themselves to keep the Gomez pack going. Often getting paired up with wolves from other families that were deemed worthy. They didn't have to be mates but they were expected to have pups.

Luz was no different, being paired up with a insufferable alpha from a neighboring family. He wanted Luz as his mate but she couldn't stand him. They constantly fought. The two of them never got along. Luz had always been a independent and determined omega Still, her mother had told her this was who she was to have pups with. He fulfilled her need for an alpha at least. However, no matter how hard Luz tried, she couldn't convince pups. She came to terms with the fact that having pups just wasn't going to be possible for her. Which filled her with immense guilt as she was the only one in the pack not having pups.

Luz threw herself into playing soccer, getting better and better. Eventually, she began playing professionally. Her skills were enough to keep her mother pleased for a time.

Eventually the lack of pups was brought up. The topic caused constant arguments between Luz and her mom. She felt like having pups was the only way to earn her worth.

Being accepted onto the official Columbian football team was the final breaking point. The alpha she was suppose to have pups with was constantly complained about her not being home. He insisting Luz stayed with him and focus on starting a family. Even though he had other omegas and pups of his own. Which only made her want to not be around him even less. Luz began to travel more and was hardly home. It all lead up to a huge argument with her mother and Luz decided not to come back.

She was free from the expectations put on her. Being a lone wolf wasn't a that bad. She was tough and didn't take shit from anyone. Often kicked anyone's ass that tried to mess with her. Meeting different people and most importantly different alphas during her travels with her team. Nothing every went further than one night stands with most of the alphas she met. She got what she needed and didn't stick around.

That changed when she met Chiara. During one of her matches in the states. She ran into the alpha and found her interesting. After a night with her, Luz kept in touch. They talked often and met up whenever they could. She began spending her free time with Chiara.

It hit her one day when she spend a longer time away from Chiara that things with her was different. Unlike the alpha Luz was stuck with in her home town, Chiara didn't seem bothered by Luz traveling. She didn't care that Luz had to travel a lot for her job. Which was the one thing that brought her joy. She wasn't use to being around an alpha like her.

Getting to see Chiara became Luz's favorite thing. She looked forward to having breaks from the team to fly to the states to see her.

When her contact was up, she was contacted by the LA team. They knew she was often in town and wanted her to join their team. Luz accepted and signed into the team. She also signed with The Society, knowing that they offered safety for wolves. Even though she felt like she could handle herself. It just made things easier to be part of the Society.

“Well, then we should get out of here? We’ve shown our faces and thats all that was required of us.” she mused, taking the other by the hand and pulling her with her. “It’s strange how many of the dragons seem so spookable, they must have had a hard time of it” she admitted, only then pausing at the others words and turning back to her “You want me to woo you again? You’re really making me work for this…” She tisked, only then pulling the other close and dipping her “Hm, how to woo you exactly…” she murmured before telling go of her and walking ahead, looking back at her playfully.

"Sounds good to me, I'm not interested in sticking around." Luz followed along as Chiara pulled her. "I know hunters hit the dragons hard. It makes sense that's they would spoon easy " She shrugged her shoulders. "Listen, this is an important question. I want it to be special. If you love me, then you would do this for me. I don't want to be just another omega, I want to be special." She stated, following after the older wolf.

"Much rather be chained to you. Actually I'd would rather be chained up by you." Luz smirked as she spoke. "You have always loved my confidence since the moment we met. If I remember correctly, the night we met you couldn't keep your eyes off me while I danced with all my confidence." That was her plan to get the alpha's attention after seeing her that night. Luckily for her, it worked and now here they were. "He was an interesting guy. Smelled like spices and paint." It wasn't a bad smell, just an odd combination. "You are indeed my type and there really hasn't been anyone else who has caught my attention quite like you. Which is why I want to bring back up the whole bond thing."

Seeing a certain alpha across the room caught her attention. She immediately began moving towards Chiara. A feeling of warm spreading through her the moment the older wolf touched her. "Tonight has been pretty crazy." She couldn't stop herself from nuzzling a bit into Chiara's touch. "I was also paired with a dragon. Mine wasn't ball that chatty. I think intimidated him at first since he wouldn't even look at me." She chuckled at the memory. "He was cute but too soft to be my type.” A smirk found it’s way to Luz’s face as she spoke.

Chiara noticed the way that Luz perked when she was called ‘Good Girl’ and it made her nibble her lip thoughtfully. Chiara nodded at her “Well, most ghosts are just angry teenagers and just wanting attention. I always hate most ghost stories where they are about murders, thats just passing off living action onto the dead in my opinion. Though there is of course ghosts that probably could kill….” she then waved off her ramblings “Well, my main point was that I’m glad you like listening to me”

"You saying that doesn't surprise me. Ghost seems like the angry teenager types." A small chuckle left her lips. "Many of the ghost stories from my childhood were mostly urban legends that are older than I am. It was more like someone did something wrong while living that caused them to wonder the earth for all eternity." She said the last part with a dramatic tone like telling a horror story. "Oh trust me, if I didn't like listening to you I would zone you out easily. Surprisingly, I like to hear what you have to say. I also happen to like listening to your voice."

“That is so fucking cool,” Marisel grinned as she listened to the other woman. “I mean it can be. I mean we are all kind of fighting for a certain amount of spots. Sometimes it is really great and you have a team you are like seriously ride or die for. I just think we are in transition right now so we haven’t found that yet you know?” She said a little frustrated. She noticed the woman looking over her as she mentioned pretty girls. Marisel smiled, happy to be admired especially by another beautiful woman. “Well maybe I’ll just have to come by one of your games and cheer you on. Hi Luz, its nice to meet you.” 

"It’s pretty cool but mostly a lot of fucking work. I’ve busted my ass for years to get where I am. I assume you understand how it is being an athlete.” She nodded at the other woman’s words. “That makes sense, my old team was very much ride or die. This new team I haven’t gotten to know yet. Hopefully things with your team get figured out. Weed out all those who aren’t going to make it.” Luz raised an eyebrow at Marisel’s words. “I would love to have you cheering me on at a game. I’d love to come see you cheer.”

Biting her lips and her green eyes wide and expectant like a puppy, Lou kept staring at Luz and hanging onto her every word. Her neediness and desire escalating by the second, her blush and impatience just skyrocketing when the older wolf sent that unfair wink. She was seconds away from throwing herself at Luz and forgetting any and all sense of decorum. “Dammit, Luz. Are you gonna make me take a number? Show you my tummy and beg? Give you my paw?” She whined in exasperation, inching into the other’s touch as she played with her hair. “You’re evil. You have me exactly where you want me and you know it.”

It was more than obvious that Luz’s words were working. The moon had brought her level of mischief to a new level. “I’m not an alpha, giving orders isn’t really my thing. If that’s what you want, I’ll happily tell you what I want you to do.” The smirk on her lips spread even wider. Stepping even closer to the other omega. Only inches from Lou’s face. “Oh come on, I’ve seen how you look at me. Your mom and I might be involved but she had no claim over me at the moment. There have been some talks but as of now, I am still a lone wolf enjoying myself on this wonderful night.”

“That is exactly why I like being around you.” Luz perked up a bit when Chiara said she was the words good girl. Anyone else calling her that, she wouldn’t care, It coming from the alpha did something to her. “I enjoy hearing about all that. I grew up hearing many ghost stories as a pup. Most of them were to keep up from doing things we weren’t suppose to. Not all of them were fake. Hearing you talk about all that reminds of that.”

Luz chuckled as she was swatted away. "Oh you do tell me how great I am." She hummed, tilting her head to give Chiara better access to her skin. "I just have a praise kink and love hearing you say those things." She joked, though her words weren't completely a joke. "I'd much rather hear you talk for hours then the guys in suits I had to deal with all day."

Though the competition for each was a little different. “Damn, that does sound brutal.” There was almost something a little giddy in her voice as she said it. “Yeah? I can definitely spill the details. It’s kinda like Showgirls, complete with the over the top dramatics and fabulous makeup. I’m Marisel by the way.” She grinned extending her hand to the other. 

"Yeah, I am playing for the L.A. team in the upcoming season." Luz had been doing so much paperwork and less playing, that it didn't feel all that real yet. "Oooh, I had no idea cheerleading was like that. Then again, I don't pay much attention to cheerleading other than to admire the pretty girls." Her eyes raked over the other woman's body for a moment. "Now I might have to give it more attention. Nice to meet you, I'm Luz."

"Wow, sounds like the cheerleading scene is cut throat." Luz was a bit surprised to hear the other's words. "I mean the woman's football...I mean soccer teams can be cut through. I've seen a girl slide and break another's leg on the field. It was pretty brutal but also kind of awesome.” It had been her teammate that broke the other’s leg. "Something tells me I would love to hear more of these cheerleading stories."

Luz took a moment to think before nodding her head. "You could make a neck brace work." She snickered at the thought. "You totally wouldn't look like a dog put in a cone of shame." Joking around always felt so natural with Chiara. It was always in good fun. "How about instead of talking about how great you are, you talk about how great I am instead" She looked up at the alpha with an innocent smile.

Chiara had easily missed Luz in her absence. It was strange to feel so wanted again, to be needed by an omega that wasn’t essentially an adoptive daughter. Charlie and Lou....And now Riley. They were pups, needing a mother. But with Luz it was passionate, steamy and all about dominance. It was a speed that the she wolf had greatly missed. “Are you sure that you weren’t just bored because you were missing my attention? I have been told I have a very addictive personality that others just can’t shy away from...” she hummed “That could be bad for you in the long run..” she teased.

"Nope, no definitely not because I missed you." Luz teased, knowing that was a complete lie. As if she wasn't currently cuddled up next to Chiara at the moment. "I was simply bored because the business side of the sport I play is boring. I kick balls into goals, not go to meetings." She rolled her eyes playfully at the alpha's words. "You and that big head of yours. I'm surprised you can even stand up without falling over with it." She poked the older wolf in the middle of her forehead. "I'll be fine, I've survived months without seeing your stupidly cute face."

The compliment she should have been prepared for, after all it was exactly what she would have done. Yet, when it slipped out of Luz’ lips, Lou almost choked again and her eyes flashed its omega yellow for an instant. “I… Um, thanks. Flattery will get you anything as they say, right?” She tried to cover her mess with a laugh. Hell, the Century Moon was supposed to give her game not take it all away. “You don’t say…” Lou said, raising an eyebrow and stepping the tiniest bit closer to the soccer player, “Pray tell, what kind of fun do you have in mind? Luz had missed how Lou reacted to her words. It was hard to get things past her. Especially when it came to teasing Lou. "I hope it does." She sent a wink towards the other wolf. "Welllll, I plan on spending my night taking advantage of the arousing affects that the moon causes. I'm going to sleep with as many attractive people as I feel like. After the event of the moon, the next day Luz had all but moved in with Chiara. She knew there was no turn the alpha down. Most of their time together was spent in the bedroom. Even after the moon past they both were had months worth of catching up to do. Sadly Luz had to leave the bliss that was being in a room with an alpha all to herself. She had to leave and sign some dumb papers and meet with some people. The entire time she was gone, she misses Chiara. Which was an odd feeling because normally she could go month away from her. Now a couple hours made her miss the other wolf. The moment she returned back, she cuddled up next to Chiara. "I thought I was going to die of boredom during that meeting. They just kept going on and on about the same thing."
