Lissandra waves her into the shrine. "Persecuted people are the strongest of all my dear, their suffering makes them as hard as diamonds." She moves over and lights a torch, some warmth coming from it. "Now, I do believe this to have been undisturbed for many centuries, enjoy this gift, frozen in ice."
The moon maiden squinted her eyes at the sudden brightness but the warmth coming from it was welcomed. Now with a source of light, she could see the familiar symbols embed on stones, the ruins of an ancient temple of her people frozen in time. " Stunning... I am really thankful for your help although I have to ask this... what do you expect from your services? Nothing is for free, that I know."

Diana leaned down to pat the little creature on the head. " It's being a while, little one. May the moon bless you."
Lissandra chuckles, the towering queen seeming unaffected by the snow and wind. "Come then, the shrine you wish to see us up a head, the Lunari faith fled far and wide to avoid the sun."
Diana clenched her teeth when a sudden violent gush of wind struck her, her heavy leather cloak doing little to protect her from the cold. " I sometimes wonder how my predecessors got here without help… It isn't a light trip for sure… I understand now that the Freljord doesn't have mercy on the weak. "

The voice caught her off guard, a soft sound of surprise very much like a squeak was quickly stifled with her hand going over her mouth. Diana turned around, a soft pink color adorning her cheeks. She felt embarrassed both for making such disgraceful sound and for being so engrossed in her night escapades she didn't hear Leona at all.
" What are you doing here? I thought you went to sleep hours ago… " She didn't want it to sound like a reproach, but it probably sounded too defensive to get away with it without a proper explanation.
" I was just staring at the stars. The sky is really clear tonight… " There was a book and a quill resting on her lap where she was clearly writing something but Diana didn't trust Leona yet to tell her openly about her fascination with the night. After all, Solari weren't exactly very fond of it and were very adamant in correcting anyone who didn't share their belief.
"You should go back inside... You'll get in trouble if they found you here... with me. " The last part was said deliberately, knowing that the punishment would be worse - mainly for her - if any of the acolytes discovered them.
