signs u should re-evaluate the way ur stanning ur idols

u feel obligated to keep up with their schedule at all time

u feel guilty if u “neglect” them (not watching a show or missing a live stream)

u feel attacked when ur idol is being criticised (rightfully or not)

u get into fights/arguments regarding them

u follow their friends and families on social media even tho they aren’t celebrities themselves

u feel as if u “know” them (u truly don’t, trust me)

u feel restless or sad when they’re not active for a while

their actions have a direct effect on ur mental health (even if it’s positive tbh like u shouldn’t rely on famous strangers to feel okay and it would be better for u to find another way to care for urself!!)
