its dark inside | vamp au | skye & nadezhda
Did Nad mind being this so-called blood slave? No, not really. They may suck her blood from time to time, but other than that, they actually were very nice to her, treating her like a princess. Nice, spacious room with soft bed and enjoyable atmosphere. The blonde had all kinds of food whenever she wanted, without somebody telling her she will get fat if she will eat so much. Yes, it had its own flaws. Well, only one big flaw, not including drinking her food, and it was named Skye. From an unknown reason, the female didn’t seem to like her. And Nad, poor little Nad had no clue why. She was the damaged one, the one they used as pet and they could do whatever they want to her, especially Skye.
So what the fuck was the female’s problem? The question blonde always asked self before closing eyes to drove into the wonderland of dreams. The place that was much scarier than the reality and she often woke up all sweaty and more tired than when she went to sleep. Maybe, it was a some kind of a sign but truthfully said, Nad just took it as it was. Not really caring about things that happened in dreams.
And now they were watching some ridiculous TV program. All of them was giggling and joking. It took her a couple of minutes to realize one not-so-friendly member was missing. With a deep sigh released from the girl’s lungs, getting up with the speed of a snail and walking towards the balcony where were the other female. Nad swallowed a huge, imagine bump resting in her throat. She was scared. For sure. Mostly because she didn’t know how much she can say or do around Skye. Honestly, the vampire confused the innocent human way too much. Walking closer and stopping only few feets away, her voice was shaking. ❝——are you alright?❞ Poor solicitous creature ——sure as hell will pay the price. ❝ What’s going on?❞
To be quite frankly honest Skye doesn't know why she hates the poor soul so much. They were both basically forced to be what they were. Except in the other clone haired girls case they'd given her several chances to leave and never look back and she never took one. Maybe that's what infuriated her down to the cold depths of her heart. That the girl could go away and live the normal life she desperately craved but she never wants to. Surely the rest of the clan would be like heartsick puppies if she left but it isn't like there isn't a million other people wanting the job. They did still do those black market type things to buy them.
Whatever the point is, Skye isn't very fond of her, if any. That's just that, maybe after time she'll warm up to it; but for the time being she's making no effort into liking the innocent girl. Especially since the rest of them where her little followers. It disturbed her, how nice they were to her. Every other clan she's visited, not one, treats their fledglings like they're royalty. On the contrary most of them are in small rooms in basements. She doesn't understand why they make it such a big deal in this place, make it like they owe it to them. No they don't,
Whatever it is she just lets it drift away from her along with the smoke from the cancer stick balanced in her fingers. Then she hears the door behind her open and a small voice peers out with it. She squeezes her eyes tight and her hand balls into her thin fabric shirt ,"Everything's just peachy." She says her voice calm and distant. Her hand squishes the cigarette dropping it down to the floor ,"Nothing's wrong. Why would you assume anything's wrong?" She asks turning the attention to the other girl.
