SO I don’t fully know what to do with this information but I just used an online word counter for like an hour to figure out which of Taylor’s albums are the wordiest and here are my findings:

Taylor Swift: 3,214 words

Fearless: 4,451 words

Speak Now: 5,574 words

Red: 5,298 words

1989: 5,515 words

Reputation: 6,966 words

Lover: 6,705 words

Folklore: 5,133 words

What I instantly noticed here is that Reputation is the wordiest album which makes so much sense because that was the era where she didn’t do any interviews or promo, and said “there will be no further explanation, there will just be reputation” so she had a LOT to say.

I also notice that Speak Now is the wordiest album before Reputation, which also makes sense since that was the album she chose to write without any co-writers in an effort to prove to the general public and critics that she can write all by herself goddamnit!!!!!
