crying cause omg ur such a sweetheart, how could i not be polite?? but yes, i totally get what u mean though! i just think that because of how lately there's been this pressure on rpers (as in having to play fcs 'differently', and even have fancy descriptions on ur characters themes or wtvr, needing 'unique' plots...) the pressure takes away the fun aspect of rping. so i guess now everyone's just trying to be chill about it? focus more on writing i think? i think thats v good, u should try it bb

aW but no wow that’s actually a rly valid point?? the “focusing more on writing” is a good thing and the whole “not being pressured to be ‘perfect’” is great as well, but i have an understanding that these groups seem to only last a few days so what’s the point?? you want to focus more on writing, but you can’t really let that come into play until after a few days of character development so like? it doesn’t really connect. idk maybe that’s just me - i’d try it, but aH i dunno. i’m currently sick of putting in hard work for my characters and then bAM the rp is over in 48 hours like it’s not even worth it anymore which totally sucks !! ((and it’s rly upsetting bc rp used to be a huge part of my life sigh))

ok, first of all: thank you loads for approaching this in such a great manner?? thanK YOU, thank you, thank you. i haven’t come across any with ace plots yet, (buy hey - i would imagine there are some out there and i take your word for it, bb,) and the problem for me isn’t with the graphics. i guess it has more to do with organization? creating a main REALLY isn’t that difficult, (esp. for appless rps - creating a main for those can be just as simple as creating an in depth character page, y’know?) so i’m not really sure why people don’t take the time to make one. i feel like having a main is really fricken’ important - for getting messages out, for publicity, for keeping track of characters, rules, all that jazz. if you really do insist that it’s starting to make things better, i hope you’re right. ((but i think that can only happen if these “new” rps have worthy plots - not your simple “oh hey there’s no plot for character development” or “town rp” sort of deal.)) ya know what i mean?

Don’t mind at all, boo. (A few people asked me about Shelley, but I’ll just be putting the suggestions for her in this response.) Let’s see what my lil’ brain can come up with, shall we?

Miley: Main recommendation is to not play Miley as a rebellious, party girl kind of character. No, no, no. That’s just - blah. Too overused. I’d like to see Miley as an activist - according to some dictionary website: “Someone who’s actively involved in a protest or a political or social cause can be called an activist. Demonstrations, strikes, and sit-ins are all ways that an activist might work toward the change she believes in.” How cool would that be? I know I give out this label more than usual, but activists are rarely ever used and, god, you could make her so committed to different causes and she could always want things to go her way and she could just be so, fdsuhgkrgfkd, determined and loud and powerful and she could have so many different beliefs. Or what about an ‘old soul’ Miley? She could love old bands and her wall could be covered in polaroids and she could just shake her head at all the new music on the radio and be like “damn the music nowadays is friggen shit, dude” like wHOA and maybe she could love audrey hepburn and never shut up about old movies and she could just be really upset that she never got the chance to live back then?? That’d be interesting.

Shelley: Jesus Christ, all the Shelley rp’ers I’ve seen play her the exact same way. They make her so fuckin’ boring and lame and, ugh. Stop. I want to see a bitchy as fuck Shelley. Please. The girl that doesn’t take shit from anyone and has had a rough past and just let’s out all her anger and doesn’t give a shit what people think of her (or maybe she could be secretly insecure and is just a mess inside and she could be so conflicted and lost and??) I’d love to see a Perrie that’s in a band. She could be like the Lindsay Lohan character in ‘Freaky Friday’, you know what I mean? Try looking into that. She could play the guitar or the drums and just be so rad and have the band practice in her garage 24/7 and they could go to festivals and competitions and, skjfdhgsidhf. She could just be so bad-ass and determined - somebody do this, please.

Sure thing, babe. I’m really liking the color scheme you have goin’ on - that green is hot as hell. I’m a bit bugged by the mix of fonts on the left side of your page, (y’know, how the title looks different from the whole description part, I dunno. Looks a bit messy. Maybe that’s just me.) The grey color of your asks is a bit out there as well - it just sticks out like a sore thumb and looks ‘blah.’ (Just saw that you have grey on your navigation page for the titles as well - maybe try playing around with the colors and changing it to something more subtle? Maybe you could try to incorporate the other color you’ve been using for your edits more on your theme - which are flawless by the way - like, the purple/red-ish color? Just so you have more to work with than just green.) The plot is typical. I’m not a huge fan of clique high-school roleplays, but I do like the whole idea of there being a list each week. It’s a nice twist. Bless. Your list of cliques is typical - I mean, seriously, guys, there are more cliques in a high school than just ‘preps.’ ‘wannabes,’ ‘stoners,’ and ‘geeks.’ I just don’t like these kind of roleplays because it really restricts people from having unique characters. (Like a ‘geek’ could be a ‘theater-freak’ at the same time and a ‘popular’ kid could be a ‘wannabe’ and a ‘jock’ all at the same time. It’s like a set up for really non-unique, overused personalities.) But besides that little vent session, I really do love your mascots, (Demi especially, holler,) and I wish you guys the best of luck.

It could be interesting to see played out, yeah. Just make sure to have a personality for your character, y’know? Don’t make your character have the label as ‘the blind one’ - they can be blind, sure, but don’t let that be the only thing that defines them. Also make sure to play it out correctly - research is KEY. But other than that, yes, I’d say go for it. You do you, cutie.
