I’ve been on the struggle bus lately but it’s a weird one to talk about and it’s bc it’s jsut like intrusive thoughts about death constantly???? Idk sorry if this tw death and morbidity but my whole life every once in a while this extra death thoughts “flares” so to speak and I just fucking hate it! It like impacts my mood and thoughts and I feel like a weirdo but also hate talking about it bc it makes people weird and uncomfortable but honestly I get it but ugh!!!!!! Idk if literally anyone relates to this

Idk this felt like more trigger warningy but full disclosure my dad died when I was 18 and it’s haunted me my entire life unfortunately and sometimes I’ll just be about my day and I’ll just get this intrusive image of my dads face in a casket and then it’s like I’m going down this spiral and IDK WHYYYYY I WISH IT WOULD STOP
