This is concerning your location in Fort Collins that's within walking distance of rhe University. While I have always enjoyed staying in a Quality Inn, after reading about the experience my friends had has put a sour taste in my mouth and WILL influence my decisions now and in the future to stay with ANY Choice Hotels. My friends Mark and Amy Baxter who live in Greely had made a reservation to stay at the location in Fort Collins University location. But when check8ng in they were unable to. Why? BECAUSE THEY LIVED IN GREELY, CO!!! Yes you read that right. From Amy's post I guess the manager had previous bad experiences regarding guests from Greely. If racial profiling is illegal then profiling based on residential address should be too! Amy and Mark had spent an exhausting day walking an commuting from their home in Greely to Fort Collins for an appointment. They just wanted a place to relax and enjoy the ŕollowing day which was Valentines Day. Your location almost ruined that. It was only by further physical exertion, sheer grit, and determination that they were able to find another hotel for the same price that saved the day. This is just WRONG! Your hotels tout excellence. But only excellence for certain people. That's discrimination. Fix this Choice Hotels! Retrain your staff. Put policies in place. Something! Got a new wheelchair cushion from @stealthproducts this thing is freaking awesome! I fell in love with the Spectrum type cushions when I had one on my Invacare way back when. So excited. Now just can't wait to try it out! Oh if only the DEE'S were as quick as getting disabled consumers their gear as the companies are. Presenting The Purple People Eater! She's finally done. A million thanks going out to Tom Finch at Finch Adaptive Fabrication. While built as an URSA 4, she is unofficially a "multi-Sport Chair. Tough enough for WCMX (gentle ramps, caŕving gentle inclines) I'm old ya'll (45), basketball, and the outdoors but smooth and classy enough for daily use. She's gorgeous a lever drive system, disc brakes, custom forks with soft roll casters, a Carbon Fiber backrest. I can't wait till she comes home to me. This absolutely STUNNING chair will be coming to yours truly soon. I can't thank @finchv314 enough for building something so far beyond my dreams! She's built as an URSA without a boom, but she has been built tough enough that I can do gentle ramps at the skatepark and play basketball with at the park. She's also tough enough to hit the trails.
