Phentermine Day 11: 5/29/25

Officially on phentermine for more than 10 days! Second day on the full dose. I did not sleep great last night. I didn't have any issues falling asleep, but woke up super early at 3 AM and couldn't fall back asleep until 5. I can't really say if that's because of the phen, because sometimes I just do that. I'll see if it becomes a pattern. Scale was good today. Planning to plant flowers after work. Today will be a good day.

Phentermine Day 9: 5/27/25

Wedding and memorial day weekend are finally over and now I can actually lock in I hope. I took a full dose for the first time today and I feel pretty good, definitely a lot less hungry. Trying to shoot for 1200 calories or less a day for now. Trying to just stay as positive as I can.

Phentermine Day 7: 5/25/25

I have been so hungry today which has been annoying. Scale was up today, which is to be expected since I had a wedding yesterday and had an egregious amount of alcohol. I've been so tired and lethargic today.

I think either tomorrow or Tuesday I'll start the full dose.
