Maggie ~ creative//glitter shoot

This shoot was an absolute blast! Portraits are always my favorite, but adding glitter made it even more fun than normal. This girl is hilarious, and a joy to get to work with. Not to mention, she’s a gifted model…I mean, look at her strut in those poses! This session was definitely worth the trail of glitter left all over my car (and I mean ALLLLL over)

Waldrop Family

Since Christmas is officially over (sniff sniff), I thought I’d share some pictures I did for this sweet family’s Christmas Cards! The session may have been a little rushed (the attention span of 2 toddlers couldn’t handle more than 30 minutes!), but we still managed to get some great images. These sweet babies brought out all the adorable giggles and I couldn’t get enough of them! By the end of it they were holding my hand and I’m pretty sure it’s safe to say we’re besties now ;) But seriously, it was so fun getting to work with such a precious and loving family. Merry Christmas Wally, Kelly, Gideon & Abigail.

Missouri Trip pt.2

There were too many adventures, views, laughs, and moments of joy to only post about this trip once! The warm (which is still freezing to us Texas folks) was a short period of time in the days. We spent most of these hours hiking around the resort and taking in the scenery. Beyond the natural beauty of the area, the resort had some super cute spots like this ice skating rink with a giant white Christmas tree! The resort was also covered from head to toe in beautiful Christmas lights, and it felt like the magic of movies at night. I couldn’t get enough of that place and can’t wait to go back in the future!

Jenna & Mattie ~ Upon first meeting, you’d never know these two aren’t biological sisters! With their stunning eyes and great facials, the camera definitely loves them. Step-sisters of a few years now, their relationship is so sweet and adorable. Sweet, and a little bit sassy, these two girls are a blast to work with! I am so thankful for wonderful models like them this year.

It’s a #throwbackthursday to my maternity session with this sweet, sweet couple! I fell in love with their love during this shoot. Always teasing each other, hugging, and creating the most special moments. The magic between them was extremely evident, and their outgoing and bubbly personalities made the session seem like a fantasy. Congrats to these two on the edition of precious Baby Alayna to their family! Oh, and just a little fun fact for ya: the blanket used in this shoot was hand made for me when I was a baby. So great to break out old memories while helping others make new ones!
