( Daniel Sharman. Cis Male. He/Him. ) EVAN ROSIER was last seen leaving diagon alley. i remember the TWENTY SIX year old from school, i think they were a SLYTHERIN. but now they’re working as an UNEMPLOYED . when people see them they say they’re reminded of the smell of smoke and gasoline, too sharp smiles, simmering rage, bloodied knuckles it’s probably because their loyalties lie with the DEATH EATERS.

name: Evan Grant Rosier
Evan: Evan is a Greek name meaning “of noble birth”, possibly a reference to the belief that pure-bloods are the wizarding world’s aristocracy. It can also be a Welsh name meaning “young warrior”, which Evan Rosier is.
Grant: Grant is an English name meaning: Bestow’ or ‘great; tall. People with this name have a deep inner desire to use their abilities in leadership, and to have personal independence. They would rather focus on large, important issues, and delegate the details.
Rosier: Rosier is the name of a lesser demon in folklore. Rosier is also his birth right, his entire self. The deck is stacked against him just because he happens to be a male Rosier; but that only make the game more fun.
“Must get that from my Rosier genes” Bellatrix teased, as she grinned at her cousin. She was teasing, half way teasing anyway. But she knew Evan got her, so it was okay. “Eww. Like I’d ever pick a job where I had to interact with scum”
“Ouch, Merlin forbid my father hear you disparaging his genes like that.” A mock solemn look crossed Evan’s face, as if he cared what his father thought. Her next reaction pulled a genuine laugh out of him, rather than the mocking laughs he usually uttered. “Of course not, you’ve got better taste than that.”
alecto enjoyed london at night. the light mist that covered the pavement, clouds across the sky seemingly darkening further with the threat of rain as the sun set behind them. it was beautiful, calm and serene all at once. she walked the streets with her wand between her fingers, twirling it with ease, no one would notice, and if they did there were ways to get around that.
entering the leaky cauldron she walked through, nodding politely to a few witches she recognised as her mother’s acquaintances, slipping into diagon alley. despite how she enjoyed london at night it had nothing on diagon alley and alecto sighed in relief as she felt the magic swell in her chest. her steps felt lighter as she walked, a giddiness in her every step.
the brunette screamed, though she’d deny it, red sparks flying from her wand towards his feet and she growled, “evan !” alecto glowered harshly, brown eyes narrowing into thin slits, “you absolute fool, what are you doing ?”
Laughter. That was the first thing that left Evan’s mouth at the sound of Alecto’s scream. The pure amusement running through his veins. “Clearly I’m amusing myself,” he retorted. The cigarette was placed back in his mouth, taking another drag.
“I’d ask how you’ve been, but based on that scream, your perception skills aren’t up to par.” He grinned, the words teasing. He might have teased less had the wand’s sparks actually hit him. He’d probably have been impressed. Instead he leaned back against the wall further, amusement radiating off of him.
Evan was good at lurking. Especially in dark alleyways. Some things never changed, he supposed. Besides, it was fun to shift and startle people who passed. The ones that didn’t notice he was there anyway.
A cigarette, held lazily in his hand, should have made his presence more obvious. If simply for the smoke that curled around him after a drag. But people were oblivious by nature, especially in Diagon Alley, where everyone was searching for something. His gaze shifted, tired of just shifting to startle people, this time he spoke as someone passed by.
“Boo.” The single word was quiet, amusement curling around it like the smoke curled around him. A smirk followed the word as well.
“I honestly think if I have to interact with one more Goblin today I am going to go mad” Bellatrix grumbled, as she took out of the paper coffee cup that she was drinking. She was on her break, and was really just not having a good day. “Don’t get a job at Gringotts. It is not worth it”
“Unfortunate, but you’re probably already halfway to mad,” Evan retorted, dropping next to Bella with a good natured grin. Truly, a shithead. “It could be worse, you could be having to interact with Muggles.” A dramatic shudder followed his words.
