Reality is merely an illusion. The “external world” and our “inner world” sometimes does not match. But this mismatch is not an obstacle, it is the tool to create new worlds and new narratives. As Lewis Carroll states: “Imagination is the only weapon in the war against reality.”
We are listing on this post the comic and animator artists who have deeply changed the way we interpret our reality. They have been able to create entire worlds which are totally different to the ones where we live but at the same time coherent and complete in themselves.
If you have the opportunity do not miss them. After knowing their work you will not see your “real” world with the same eyes.
