The Vegas gunmen fired 1,100 rounds. This would have taken five hours for the fastest gunman on earth to fire during the time the second amendment was written. We need to rewrite gun regulations for the modern world, we need to not let these sort of things be allowed. No one needs guns that fire that many rounds, the only reason these weapons are produced are for fighting, not hunting. There is no moral reason to have these kinds of weapons. We need better ammo regulation, gun regulations, background checks, required empathy and morality classes, and mental and physical health checks.
