Take a one step at a time
If there is one thing that I learned during my interview in our barangay is that we should take seriously the climate change because it is one of the reasons why we face changing of weather. We should take one step at a time if we want to help our mother earth then start disposing our trash properly, stop using plastics, as much as possible lets bring our own utensils when we eat at restaurants to avoid using disposable utensils, support our local artists more because it is one of our treasures. Another thing that I learned is that we are capable of helping one another a simple act of kindness makes a huge difference. I also learned that this is really happening in our community that we should take a stand towards helping them because we only got each other and no one deserves to be left behind. I learned that our barangay officials are doing everything that they can just to have a better community for us to live, it is different than our government officials because they are monitoring the whole situation of our country unlike our barangay officials they are really hands on and they have the data whenever something happened in our community.
This is the most challenging part because we have to do it on our own but it is an eye opener experience we get to see or to know what is really happening outside the four corners of our classrooms. The best lesson is the experience and this is the most challenging one. But It helped me to realize that i have to do my part as well. this experience gave me a motivation to help my community in a simple way i can.
