My Name is Marie Weikopf and I recently graduated from university (Bachelor of Arts in Communication Design and Photography). I live in Berlin and work as a freelance photographer .

For me photography stands for a analog reflection of the fleeting and elusive moment which is always tried to be catched. It seems that the photograph serves as a support for my inner pool of memories. But in fact, the photograph is influenced by my subjective perception, my positivizing remembrance and my fantasy, and finally recreates new memories, and new realities. That´s magical.
