Loving someone often sounds like an invitation.
Whatever you accomplished this week is enough. Life is a lot right now. Give yourself grace.
Highly recommend telling yourself: "I've gathered enough evidence. I don't need to keep returning to something to know it's not for me." And for your health, moving accordingly.
Not every urge is meant to be acted on.
The thoughts you prioritize are the architects of your day.
Most people don't know what you've had to mentally survive to make it this far. I'm glad you didn't give up on yourself.
Surviving this world while dealing with mental health is no joke. Sending love to everyone carrying it well.

May you internalize that it is a privilege to know you, to love you, and to have access to the version of you that you've fought so hard to become.
