Praying your August feels like relief.
Close July gently.
You did enough.
You showed up enough.
You are enough.
Allow that to be true.
Say it with me:
In August, I make room for joy.
In August, I trust myself.
In August, I choose peace.
In August, I release misalignment.
In August, I find my spark.
In August, I stop settling.
In August, I become even more myself.
I hope August is good to you.
It’s okay to set July down gently. You did enough.
Sometimes the hardest goodbye is the one where nobody did anything wrong.
Praying you have a soft August. You've endured enough.
And somehow, we’re already moving into August.
This is your reminder that you deserve more than just surviving your life. Stop waiting for permission to experience joy. Choose yourself, over and over again.
August is going to be good for your mental health.
July asked a lot of you. Thank you for not giving up on yourself.
The bravest thing you can do is stop mourning the life you expected and start noticing the one that's trying to find you.
Your dream doesn't need to be understood by others to be worth pursuing. Let it look strange. Let it be yours.
One of the purest forms of loyalty is someone protecting your name when you're not in the room.
Grief is a wild ride. Sometimes you never really get over it… you just get used to the fact that it happened. I find solace in knowing that healing doesn’t always mean missing it less. Sometimes it just means carrying it differently.
Too many Black families are left asking a question no family should ever have to ask: Would this have been different if our loved one had been white? Nolan Wells' name should never have had to become an international headline. His family deserves answers. Now.
