I am meditating on this great truth today. A beautiful friend shared this with me yesterday and I read over it, but I didn't really believe it. I have turned to this verse at many points in my life, and it has been a great blessing to me in times of uncertainty...but lately I have not been in a place to whole-heartedly believe these words. Today, however, I have come to the realization that whether I believe it or not it remains true. He does not give up just because I have given up. Even when I lose faith in Him, He never loses faith in me. He has enough stamina and hope and positive thinking for the both of us (His positivity outshines my negativity {and I can be QUITE negative} 1,000 to 1)! And whether I choose to live in expectancy and hopefulness or doubt and disbelief, God will eventually carry out His plan for my life, producing goodness in my life. And maybe He already has? #amen

Missing my baby boy Bo already (and it was only just yesterday that he moved upstairs to play fetch with Jesus)! If you don't love dogs you probably won't understand what I mean when I say I feel like I've lost a little brother. Toby was the sweetest, most loyal, and fun-loving dog I've ever met.
