There comes certain times in your life when you remember that not everything is meant to go your way. There are certain people who will enter your world and leave just as easily. There come moments when you realize that you've been spending too much time thinking about what could be instead of embracing the present. Moments pass by too fast and you never know when will be the last time you hug someone or see their face. It's difficult to tell these things to someone because they need to come to the realization on their own. It hurts. But there is always something to look forward to. There will always be another concert, another party, another boy to fall in love with. There is so much out in the world to experience, and too much time is spent worrying about things that just do not matter in the big picture. Nothing is ever permanent and second chances do come around. The important thing is to remain optimistic and open to your surroundings because you never know when a new ray of light will enter your life.
