Self-love and self-care are the best love. Take care of yourself and slowly shed all of the things that are weighing you down. It’s going to be a process and it’s going to take some time so be patient. I also want you to give yourself some grace because you are doing your best and you should be proud of everything that you’ve achieved and accomplished already.

Autumn is my favorite time of the year because it’s harvest season. During this time in your life, it’s a good idea to set new intentions. It’s time to get back to doing the things that you love to do. It’s time for your blessings and Dreams to manifest on a new level. I want to remind you all that the desires of our hearts STILL have our names on them and we’re getting so close to our breakthrough. Unexpected blessings are about to show up for us so take a deep breath, rest, meditate, cry, laugh, find a good therapist, create when you can, journal, and get back up when you are ready….

Dear Dreamers…

Overthinking can paralyze your Dreams. If you wake up every morning thinking about it, go for it! Take your time, put in the work, be patient, and make it happen. Everything that we are meant to have doesn’t come easy. There will always be a process.

If you are in the HOW MUCH LONGER GOD? season of your life, just know that you are getting closer to your breakthrough. We are right where God wants us to be. Remember when we cried and prayed to be where we are today? It took time right? We had to go through a process right? It was also uncomfortable, but we got through it.

It takes courage to go after our Dreams. It’s scary, it hurts, it gets stressful sometimes, but it’s all worth it!!! Stop focusing on how long it will take to get there and just do the work and keep preparing yourself. Can you imagine a big opportunity showing up and you aren’t prepared mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically? That’s why God makes us wait.

You can pretend like you have it all together if you want. But what you desire won’t manifest until you are right within. Your mind, heart, and spirit have to be aligned and prepared to receive certain blessings. If God gave us everything that we want when we think we want it, we would blow it. His timing is always better than our little plans.

Always remember that change starts with self and greatness takes time.

💔I’m not sure if this pain and anxiety will ever go away. So much has happened since you passed away a few weeks ago. I am so happy that you are free now and you’re finally reunited with our ancestors. Your legacy will live on forever through my children Daddy. I promise I will make sure that your two beautiful granddaughters will never forget you. I promise that when your grandson arrives this summer, I will tell him all about you.

Thank you for everything that you taught me and showed me. Thank you for telling me stories about how you grew up in Kosciusko Mississippi, thank you for naming me after your mother, and thank you for making sure that I have pictures of my ancestors. On January 1st, 2022 around 8:15 pm I made a quick run to the Dollar General store. While I was in there I paid for my items and then I went back to see if they had any baby Tylenol because it’s sold out everywhere. Seconds after going down that aisle I noticed that they didn’t have it and suddenly someone ran frantically and almost pushed me down. I’m always alert when I’m out and even more when I am alone.

I heard the cashier talking unusual and when I turned around there was an armed man with a gun robbing the store waving the gun in the cashier's face.

My natural instincts kicked in as well as my motherly instincts because I am pregnant. I always familiarize myself with emergency exits wherever I go and I immediately ran out the back door and it sounded off the back door alarm. After I made it outside safely I took a deep breath and took off running down the street to get away from the scene. I was able to call one of my brothers-in-law and he was there within seconds. As I was getting in his car the Columbus Police were flying down the street.

I was able to get my truck and my items and I made it home safely to my family. I truly believe that by me going out that back door and setting off that alarm it saved everyone in the store because the man ran off. It was nothing but God and my ancestors protecting me last night and no more store runs for me at night without someone being with me.

I’m sharing this not to worry anyone but to inform you all to be alert when you are in stores and out and about. Please be safe while you are out and ladies try not to be out at night alone.

Thank you to everyone who has checked on me and my family. I am still shaken up but I’m proud of myself for not panicking until I was safe and thinking fast to protect myself and my baby!
