Current status: obsessed with the idea of Aika, Zira and Eclipse as the world’s worst friend group in mundane settings. Like when Eclipse starts attending their school, he (very unsubtley) laments about how he doesn’t have many friends or hobbies (not that he needs them!!!!!!), so Zira (fellow loser) is like “oh you can hang out with us after school (as long as you promise not to do anything crazy)”

Obviously Aika DOES NOT APPROVE but eventually concedes cause of Zira’s insistence that 1. This gives them a chance to either mellow him out enough to stop being a villain or learn how he got his new powers, and 2. He’s still a D-list villain anyways, what’s the worst that could happen. And yes Zira just also wants to pester him with more questions about being magical. Hilarity ensues. That truce between Aika and Eclipse is holding on for dear life

Did this for fun, but I wanted to see what another frame of the "I Don't Wanna be a Magical Girl" animatic pilot might look like with full lineart/colors and to make myself a desktop wallpaper. Made a blurred version to match the scene and a non-blurred version. Might do more later with other characters. :) You should be a cool person and go watch the pilot if you haven't already!
