Okay, I'll be the first to admit that I'm a doll fanatic and I like all kinds of dolls. When I get a chance, I enjoy going on flickr to look at all the cool pics of dolls others have customized or made. And although I think many of them are lovely, I've always wanted to see more black dolls. So one day I decided to not depend on others to created something that represents me and learn to do it myself. So here is my first COMPLETED doll. Meet Carey! She is a natural girl and she's dressed and ready for the fall/winter seasons. It took me last night and most of today to finish her. *Smiles proudly*

Finger Curl w/ Design Essentials Curl Defining Mousse!
I did this style yesterday on one of my clients and it turned out pretty cute. Today I tried it on myself using a curling mousse by Design Essentials that I got from the Natural Hair Show here in Atlanta. I really like it so far and it may find it's way to my client's hair pretty soon.
