How do you feel your life and quality of life has been affected by the body positive/ fat positive movement being in full swing these days?

I dont know if it's really effected me. What helped me when I was younger was realizing everyone has different preferences. That just because I was fat didnt make me any less than anyone else. I love seeing the fat positive stuff tho and hope it's helping someone feel better about who they are. Still on the flip side we live in the ozempic era...
