The joys of being a teacher: year three is coming to a close! It was a beautiful day filled with happy tears and smiles. Oh and great classroom after party. You know it's a good party when your students parents bring trays of food and a portable speaker to play salsa on. Dance party in class K03! Oh and I'm happy my students parents enjoyed the video I made to highlight our school year. It was a great day! 😍 #kindergarten #kindergartenteacher #graduation

I might be physically ready for our kindergarten graduation "step up" ceremony, but I'm not emotionally ready to say goodbye to another set of kids! Yes I will see them in the future, but it's different when they get older because we're in the annex. Every year I say it's not possible to make room in my heart for another set of kids, but I always seem to do it. Seeing the graduate tomorrow makes it that much harder! Class of 2015-2016. You surpassed my expectations for you. You have all gone so much, from being my babies, to mature "almost" first graders. You're ready to take on the world! I will always miss our inside jokes and nicknames for each other! I will miss you all calling me "Ms. Perciballi...or Mrs. Sanchez" after every morning meeting when you found out I was getting married. I miss the love and care you have for one another when one of your friends is down. I'll miss you guys teaching each other words from your native languages. I'll miss sharing this space with you. My hope is that you continue to grow in every aspect. And if I taught you anything it's that you are all pretty amazing, just the way you are! #kindergarten #kindergartengraduation #kindergartenteacher #IDontEvenHaveKidsYet #ImAHotMess
