Another SHOW RECCOMENDATION: This is 2gether the series (THAI). It's a very sweet coming of age series with some quirks here and there but is worth to watch. The acting is A PLUS, and hasn't dissapointed me with any awkward acting at all which some gay asian dramas have. The chemistry of the two main leads so far is FIRE, and you're bound to get swept up in their wholesome lovestory and Sarawat's eyes.

Haruta being relatable a hot mess
i will neverrrrr upload anything about the 2nd season of Ossan's love because i've decided a universe without Maki being with Haruta doesn't exist.

...so...Kei updated his blog.
I won't say everything he said, but I will say the important parts.
He sympathizes with the fans feelings because he feels the exact same way as we do. He wants to continue with the same characters and in the same world. They all did.
He says that Ossan's Love centers on the love story of Maki and Haruta. It DEPENDS on it.
Kei had the choice to not play Haruta again, but the production would go on without him. Because of this, he was worried who they would get to play Haruta. So, in order to protect the character of Haruta in a way, he begrudgingly decided to keep playing this "different" Haruta.
He wanted to do this for the rest of the staff, to keep the legacy of OL alive. Because the cast all love this series so much. So he decided to hold the burden of it.
Kento cheered him on and told him to go at it like he did with season 1. (Which makes me think Kento was never even asked to be in season 2. I'm gonna cry.)
So Kei decided to do it.

The production crew actually went out and bought real wedding bands with their names (Haruta and Maki) engraved on them.. REAL ONES PEOPLE I JUST MY HEART I APPLAUDE THE DEDICATION

LISTEN you can't just ERASE AND BREAK THEM UP LIKE that. If you're going to make season 2.. create a NEW COUPLE OR finish the show off with a special episode?? fans would be a LOT more satisfied seeing Haruta and Maki's love life come to a nice conclusion. They are one of the sole elementa of why the show thrived!?? you cant just erase that.
