Maddie leaves âCraigâsâ restaurant last night in LA
She looks so happy :)
I love their outfits
Are those flats back? They where a thing when. I was a kid Iâm having deja vuđ
Same ! Iâve been seeing them around lately. Honestly Iâm rooting for them
I liked those that Maddie is wearing but Iâm not a fan of the ones that make you look like a Greek warrior đ
You mean the open toe ones ?
Yes and the ones that the strap goes up to the knee, it makes girls looking like they are about to mirder lions at the coliseum

Ron Swanson developed the Pyramid of Greatness over the course of many years. Itâs a perfectly calibrated recipe for maximum personal achievement.
Maybe it's just me...
But was anyone else somewhat put off by Sia bringing up Chloe in that 17 article. It was completely unnecessary. She could have easily said âpeople thought that Abby chose you over the other girls.â And then since they were talking about how Maddie was receiving hate, it just came off so accusatory like Chloe is the reason for Maddie receiving hate. Also based on Maddieâs short response it was kind of clear that she didnât feel comfortable bringing it up. Thatâs just so immature and ridiculous of Sia like its so unnecessary to bring Chloe up at all. Especially if youâre going to bring her up negatively. Also i wouldnât be surprised if her comment about how if Maddie doesnât get a role then itâs because they wanted a blonde or someone with an introverted personality was shade towards Chloe. Sia is honestly just as obsessed with Maddie and immature as Abby. She could have asked Maddie about so much stuff seeing as she had COMPLETE control over the questions yet she barely touched on all of the amazing things Maddie is doing career wise or anything she has upcoming. Also all the talk about Maddieâs psychological maturity and how Maddie knows her limits or whatever was just so weird. Iâm genuinely concerned for Maddieâs wellbeing. Way too many people around her fail to understand that she is a child no matter how professional or mature they may think she is. Itâs just so disturbing.
I donât think Sia understands that the whole Chloe thing is a tense topic as much as the dm fandom do. She was literally just talking about a tweet that she got. To her she doesnât realise whatâs implied by it. She didnât lie about anything and it was a phone conversation so she could have just spoken I think youâre thinking too much into it. Also while she talked about maturity she also stressed that she was happy that Maddie acted like a kid and when the time to be professional came she could act like an adult and be professional.
You donât need to defend Sia st all, girl you are cool but people are going to have their opinions.
And Sia mentioning Chloe even was a shitty thing to do, she didnât need to mentioned her at all.
True I guess people opinion including mine at the end the day have no effect.
Also I think we only think that because we are part of the fm fandom and itâs tense to us. She probably was just speaking freely. Itâs too bad her name was mentioned in negative connotation but it was about the fans.
Mention the name of another child while said child is shitty. Chloe Canât seem to have a free pass, shes asked about Maddie and answers politely and she is not receiving the same treatment in return. Shitty
So? Even if it was about the fans you donât mention a minor in an interview Chloe wasnât even relevant to this article.
I donât think it has nothing to do with a minor. And Maddie wasnât the one who brought her up. Sia did and I honestly donât think she meant it with negative connotations. Youâre forgetting that she got a lot of tweets about Chloe at the time so itâs something that she can easily recall. Itâs not a lie that is what people were saying. Sheâs not saying that itâs true and sheâs not saying anything negative about Chloe.
Also everyone was fine when Christi brought up Maddie and Kenzie in her interview (in a negative way)
When did Christi bring up Maddie and Kenzie in an interview and what was said. I genuinely want to know. My thing is that the question asked wasnât about Chloe so why bring her up at all. Idk why we are acting like Sia is a child. She is an adult who has been in the industry for a long time. What she did was ridiculous and unnecessary. Also itâs one thing to paint the child in a bad light in like an inquisitr article but an article in 17 magazine. C'mon now. I highly doubt that 17 didnât run the article by Sia before it was published and itâs gross that Sia thought what she said was ok.
I wouldnât call it gross. What she said was the truth. What weâre questioning here is wether or not she should have mentioned Chloeâs name. Also it was at article with the New York Times I think ? It was an American newspaper. I donât know much aboutâŚAmerica in general đ
Christi is crap all the mothers are tbh đ
ok ngl I read that interview with Maddie from seventeen magazine and Sia really creeped me out. she seems infatuated with Maddie. After Maddie said something as simple as âyeah no problemâ, sheâd begin her next sentence with âwow you are just impeccableâ, âwow you are just amazing hahahahaâ âyouâre just so incredibly humbleâ. Yes Maddie is talented and doing a lot with her life but in retrospect, itâs not too extraordinary (in terms of this is what 99% of childâs stars lives are like). Yeah itâs commendable what Maddie does but Sia was like non-stop praising /complimenting her when it didnât make any sense to. It left me really uneasy and Iâm just getting weird vibes from Sia. I really hope Maddie eventually drifts away from Sia bc it just doesnât seem healthy for Maddie. I hate to say something like this, but Iâm worried for Maddieâs mental safety and potentially physical safety. No one should be that obsessed with a person, let alone a child.
Itâs an interview so of course Sia was making sure she was really positive about Maddie. Iâm with younger kids constantly and I always give them positive reinforcement it doesnât mean that I am ruining their mental health ?⌠And to use language like âinfatuatedâ are you being serious ? Reading your whole comment it seems like youâre making connotations to Paedophilia or something of that kind and thatâs whatâs making me uncomfortable. If youâve seen Sia being interviewed you know sheâs just extremely positive and sings people praises. How will that affect Maddie ? Also all of the compliments you have just stated are nothing but constructive and actually kind of normal ? I see no need for this worry and I find it odd ? I donât know how you read into something like that ? I donât think you really thought about what you were insinuating about Sia in your post as well. Maddie has stated that she learns a lot from Sia and that she has been a positive role model in her life , Melissa has also agreed to this. And for you to say you hope they drift because of you got a âweirdâ feeling ? I am genuinely not trying to attack you but Iâm troubled by your response.
I love Maddie and always supported her so this isnât about Maddie at all. Sia just irked me & genuinely made me feel uncomfortable. Maddie is almost 14, not 7, I found it odd that after every response Maddie gave there was an over exaggerated accolade. It comes across as either a bit obsessive or almost ingenuine by her tone or dumbing her tone down in order to speak to her. Thereâs something off to me. Ive been working with small children for over three years (mainly ages 3-8) and never have me or any of my co workers acted towards this way toward the children no matter how close we are with them. I love the children I work with but I find her view on Maddie overbearing. I donât think telling a kid they wonât get a part bc they donât have a certain color hair is ignorant as well. If someone wants to cast someone with a certain hair color, they tell you straight away. Sia is like coddling Maddie, or it seems this way in the article. Maddie might not get a part bc thereâs other talented kids out there. I understand you really love Maddie and you seem the type of person who takes any critique or concern on Maddieâs life personally but itâs not that deep. Iâm allowed to say I felt uncomfortable by Siaâs tone and responses? Sorry I have a genuine concernâŚyou need to be careful these days, especially regarding large age gap relationship like 37 and 13.
Iâm not responding to this as a Maddie fan. Iâm responding to this as someone whoâs been a Sia fan for the longest time. She wasnât dumbing anything down at all. It was clear that she had a brief for the interview and she was supposed to give a picture of what kind of person she thought Maddie was. At this point I think youâre literally picking out things she said to find holes. Sia was talking about how Maddie didnât was always gracious when she doesnât get accepted or considered for a job because thatâs how Hollywood is when it comes to casting. She literally uses hair colour and personality as an example of things that are looked for. She saying you know youâre good but you donât get upset when you arenât what people are looking for. All I saw during the interview was her saying talking about making sure Maddie felt like she knew she could stop at anytime and that she had a voice. Thatâs not dumbing things down thatâs exactly what kids need to hear. Youâre acting like the compliments are seedy. None of these compliments were inappropriate. Also youâre saying that the age gape is a problem⌠Like someone being a family figure to you and you feeling like youâre able to confide in them doesnât make it weird. By suggesting the age gap is uncomfortable you are bringing connotations of Paedophilia. You set out attacking the way Sia is speaking and I think thatâs unfair and inaccurate. You can never be too careful ? Thatâs doesnât mean you go around accusing people. Iâm sure the people in Maddieâs life are confident that she is safe with Sia. When I was younger had these kinds of relationships with women who were in their 40âs and it was just nice to have relaxed female role/models who gave me confidence and prepared me for life. Youâre making really heavy judgements on Maddie and Siaâs relationship. And on Sia herself based on an interview that was conducted over the phone.
Itâs pretty obvious to me that dos doesnât hang out with children much. I have s sister maddies she and down to 6 years old and I donât praise them every second. Adults need to have maternal like relationships with children and Sia just doesnât know how to act, itâs always been obvious to me.
This is an interview so sheâs probably not acting how it usually is but just trying to put out some good things about Maddie itâs understandable. I donât think people should look at this as some kind of mirror of their relationship
Maybe maybe not, this is not how Brie Larson for example talked about Jacob Tremblay or to Iâm in interviews.
I think thatâs different Sia is like a family friend now. Maddie hangs out with her and husband sometimes. Itâs a closer relationship. And itâs been more continuous when it comes to how long theyâve been working together.
Thereâs also this line that needs to be drawn, Iâve had many relationships with adults in my childhood but they where the adults and I was the kid, this seems like an equal thing if you know what I mean.
I donât think their relationship is bad at all, but this Hollywood and Sia is not your random auntie. I donât know hero trusting Maddie is but she is at that age where she can be a target of sheâs too trustful.
Like I said before and Iâm not saying this because of this interview in particular, Sia doesnât know how to hag out with kids.
She says how they hang out in the interview and it seems perfectly fine to hang out with a child like that.
Huh?
Like I said I think their relationship is fine, but Sia is just like a big child with Maddie, I don't think there's nothing uncomfortable about it Maddie obviously feels fine next to Sia but me personally I wouldn't hang with a kid like that.
Maybe it's just me...

What yâll need to do is stop seeing everything on a negative light because there will always be one if you reach, sia was doing a interview for maddie in a magazine, she wasnât having a conversation in a room. Call me the worst fangirl ever, but you all are bitter because other people think maddie is special and good like Abby(the worst villian ever) said she was, thatâs why you donât like her fans and keep trying to find ways to pointe negativity. Its a reflect of the fandom and chloe fans as well as the show. :)
You are trash đ people are saying what they think, and it will always be like this so you might as well get over yourself.
I donât agree with op at all BUT WHY EVEN MENTION CHLOE. You are trash and I will say it again. Trash
Youâre the only trash here and you even say you act disgusting bc uâre a chloe fan lol. Wow great. Iâm saying nothing about chloe, sheâs great: ) i have a right to opinion to, trash haha
I'm fan of both girls.
What? You don't make any sense at all get your ideas in order honey.
Maybe it's just me...

I don't agree with op at all BUT WHY EVEN MENTION CHLOE. You are trash and I will say it again. Trash
ok ngl I read that interview with Maddie from seventeen magazine and Sia really creeped me out. she seems infatuated with Maddie.
Maybe maybe not, this is not how Brie Larson for example talked about Jacob Tremblay or to I'm in interviews.
You don't need to defend Sia st all, girl you are cool but people are going to have their opinions.
And Sia mentioning Chloe even was a shitty thing to do, she didn't need to mentioned her at all.
What if a white child with cancer only had 3 weeks left to live and their last wish to the make a wish foundation was to be able to say the N word just once. Are you telling me its not okay for a white person to say the N word in that instance?
yeah
this is the greatest post of all time.
truly let that awful child die miserable and unfulfilled
My question is what is wrong in the anons mind to imagine a scenario where someone is dying and they would want that as their last wish
