Busy Mama Of Five

I am a very busy mama trying to get back in shape and spend time with my family. I love babywearing workouts and involving my little ones it makes getting active fun and challenging! Two years ago I managed to work my butt off and lose 50lbs only to gain it back with the help of my thyroid disease during my last pregnancy. This time around it's not about the scale but about getting fit and active with my family so we can have a healthy lifestyle together. "Families that play together stay together"
