Good lighting vs Not as good lighting
Know that it certainly makes a difference. But the biggest difference will come from healthy balanced nutrition. I’ve been following pretty strict 80/20 eating habits the past month and adding 30 minutes of exercise into each day.
I’m already seeing results shaping back up. Keep in mind I started from an already advanced level. If you’re just starting out or working to lose weight first don’t except to see visible results in as little as a month. The process takes time and that time varies for everyone. Every little effort adds up!
Good Eating vs Not as good eating
An effort is made to make 80% of my eating healthy minded. While 20% is for treats and cheats to allow myself to not feel deprived or ashamed of eating some things I enjoy but that are not good for me. Not a plan that works for everyone as it does take discipline and it’s easy to slip higher than that 20% number. But like exercise it takes discipline and commitment.
