Talk to someone

Despite your fear, despite your panic and despite your depression there is always someone in your life willing to listen. Though only you know who that may be wether its a friend, lover or family member talk to someone!

I am in quite a bad place myself right now and know I am unable to talk to family but I finally am unloading months of stuff onto my friend who has been nothing but supportive and kind which I so much appreciate!

I may still be stuck in a toxic place right now but knowing someone knows and is willing to listen and help however they can is a huge help for me. A HUGE support for me despite everything thats going on.

So if you have any problems be it a toxic situation, mental health, self harm/mutilation or even something as simple as a bad day go to someone. TALK to someone. Trust me you are scared now but you will feel so much better talking and having someone to listen.

IF you feel like you can’t talk to anyone I highly suggest seeing a therepist because I am also considering this.

Things will get better, they always get better.

But you have to take that first step to calm, happiness and hope
