For some reason I like it more when Sam calls Max "little pal" instead of "little buddy", maybe it's because "little pal" is less common, though "little buddy" brings a certain flow to "you crack me up" that you just can't replicate

Little pal is very cute, it's very important to make Sam say little pal from time to time

not really a question, but can i just say this, i absolutely adore how zoey's design has her having their scarf double as arms!! Personally, it's a peak character design, and more people should look into making more characters like that. idk, i guess i've always loved it when a character has that design trope, it looks so silly (in a good way!), or cool! depends on the character's design, really. Besides that, i also wanted to say that i love your games! somehow, you seem to be a wizard, like when the "obsolete friends" game made me feel like i got hit in the soul with an emotional sniper, which...respect. usually i only focus on the story and gameplay, as it is hard for me to real deeply feel with the character or with the moment. Or me figuring out i'm somewhere in the aplatonic spectrum after playing "Friendship games." (i also really loved the befriend mechanic, made running into enemies much more fun, i especially liked the rat, gotta be my favorite encounter!) aswell as "Exe tries to save the holidays", where i finally unlocked an audio stim, provided by the squeaky noise being the exact right pitch (lemme tell you, i zoomed around that one room that provides the noise every 2 steps. like a bunny on sensory-based zoomies) I haven't played "Estranged family" yet, so i don't know what to await there, i do think it'll be good though! Anyway- i do wish you a good day, or evening, or whatever your current timezone is-! ^^

just saw ur post on telltale max being plural and tbh that's so true. plural max is actually just very interesting to think about. especially because I doubt this guy/system would actually know he's/they're plural. Besides superego probably

sam and max not fully understanding themselves because they're two guys in their 40s that never really had anywhere to know more about neurodivergency, being gay/trans, etc but little by little figuring things out has always been a nice arc for them. i'm sure post-season 3 max can figure things out and he, superego and everyone else can be happier, in fact I think this is a MUST when it comes to thinking about what happens after season 3
