Marcus chuckles at the other man's teasing. 'If there were ever a dragon that needs to be slain, I'll be at your service." He grins before raising an interested eyebrow. "A necromancer? That's pretty cool, I've never met a necromancer before. What's it like? " he asks, genuinely interested.

Marcus could sense his question made the warlock uneasy, judging by the way he rubbed his thighs as he spoke. Marcus took a chance and placed his hand over Caleb's and squeezed it gently. "I'm sorry you had to go through that. I don't know personally what it's like but I've experienced things myself that have scarred me so I can empathize." He says "You don't have to tell me if you don't want to but I am a good listener if you ever just want someone to vent to." The shifter adds.

Caleb was waiting for his mentor to finish up with work. He sat on the footsteps leading up to the building and sighed heavily.
