People who know me well enough know I struggle with bouts of insomnia. This morning as I laid there wide awake I decided to get out of bed at 5am and go for a drive to Malibu. It is quite magnificent to watch a sunrise by the beach. I watch darkness fill up with light little by little, which filled my heart & soul with so much joy. It was neat to watch the light grow and hit the waves as they were coming and going and the beauty it was and is. I recommend everyone to do this at least once. Go watch a sunrise. Remind your self of the beauty of the world we are blessed to live in. It's bloody amazing. As I walk down the beach; Even though my feet are frozen in this cold sand & icy water, I am grateful to feel that. Even though it might be hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel, I am grateful for the light I have right now. And my heart is full of love. I am insanely grateful for this exact moment. God surely is awesome. Hope you all have a wonderful Easter. Hug those loved ones a little tighter. Tell people you care. Love should not be that hard to give. #GodDoesntneedafilter (at Malibu, California)
