Okay, I'm going insane, I've finally gotten back to my classes. My tutor has last week refered to trans people as "transexuals" then this week refered to trans people as "transgenders". It's going to be interesting to see what she says next week. I have also been informed that we have no classes that cover gender and sexuality. As nurses, you think we should learn about that?

I have received so much kindness for all of you. I sometimes forget that people can be so kind. So many of you reached out to me after the loss of my sweet bird. I love you guys so much. It has helped so much to know people care. I have been able to open my heart to another loving bird, he along with you guys have helped me out from a heart wrenching time
Guys, how do I cope with the loss of my precious bird, he past away today and I can't cope. I've tried thinking memento Mori all dumb stuff like that but I can't cope. He looked so apologetic as he passed away in my arms
